Application information is stored for reviewing the company and arranging follow-up. Contact names, email addresses and factory websites are not displayed in the public directory.

Sourcing drafts
A sourcing draft is kept in your browser session on this site. It is not sent to manufacturers. You can clear the draft from the sourcing brief page or download a copy for your records.
Account and enquiry records
Signed-in account information and submitted enquiries are stored by PVYard to provide the requested service. A session-only brief and a saved account record are different: clearing the current brief does not delete previously submitted enquiries. Official contact email fields are restricted to the administrative system.
Access and corrections
Use the contact form or email support@pvyard.com to ask about information linked to your account or company, report an error or request review of a data concern. Include the affected account or page reference without sending passwords. The team must identify the relevant record and review access before making a change.
Essential storage
The site uses a session cookie to retain your form state and protect forms against cross-site requests. Optional Google Analytics and 51LA statistics load only after you allow analytics in Analytics preferences. You can change that choice in the footer.
