Company scope
What the company makes
Zhejiang Guozi Robotics says it was founded in 2011 and has its head office in Hangzhou. It works in three areas: intelligent logistics, inspection and manufacturing.
Its PV case is an operating solar-cell plant in Jiangsu. Guozi does not name the customer, so the case is best read by its location and the process steps it covers.
What a cell maker buys from Guozi is a coordinated handling system that runs between the production machines. The robot fleet is one piece of that delivery, alongside arms, conveyors, buffers and the software that schedules them.

Solar cell workshop material handling system →
Guozi sells this as a complete handling system for solar-cell workshops. Mobile robots, robotic arms, conveyors and work-in-process buffers move loaded and empty baskets between process steps. Material management and robot scheduling software tie it together. Fleet size, layout and throughput are… [1]

How baskets travel through the Jiangsu cell plant
Texturing to printing to packaging
In Guozi's case, loaded and empty baskets move from texturing through screen printing and on to packaging. AGVs, robot arms, conveyors and work-in-process buffers share the work. The layout also leaves room for consumable changes, machine maintenance and later technology upgrades. Moving one basket is easy; a factory system also has to handle returns, fill and drain buffers and route around machines that are down. Mark each of those basket states and every handover point on your project flow diagram. [1]
Installed while the plant kept running
Guozi says it carried out the project with production still running and points to narrow working aisles. Laser SLAM and visual positioning guided the robots. That makes it a fit-into-the-existing-building job, a different task from laying out a new warehouse. For your plant, ask for a phased plan: work zones, temporary routes, commissioning windows and the points where production machines must be stopped or isolated. [1]
MCS and RCS split the software work
The case names a material management system (MCS) and a robot control system (RCS). They connect through demand generation, task management and route planning. That split helps you assign software responsibility. Material stock, basket identity and buffer status all have to stay in step with the moves the robots actually make. Agree who connects to your production system, which events get logged and how a failed or hand-finished move is matched back to the records. [1]
GB/T 43047-2023
Guozi helped draft the national control-interface standard
Drafting role in GB/T 43047-2023
China's national standards platform names Zhejiang Guozi Robotics Technology among the organisations that drafted GB/T 43047-2023, the technical specification for logistics robot control-system interfaces. It is a recommended national standard, published in September 2023 and in force since April 2024. This tells you Guozi has worked on interface rules at a national level. For your project, ask which interface standard and version the offered system follows and what test documents will come with it. [3]
Project fit
Match the offering to your project
Best suited to a cell plant already in production, with frequent basket moves, tight aisles and many machine interfaces to serve.
If you only want a single robot datasheet, this case gives you less: the fleet models, buffers and software are chosen per site. Guozi's general lifting-robot catalogue lists many models, so ask which ones a PV project of your size would use.
Confirm before ordering
- The customer name, a signed acceptance report and the baseline behind the improvement percentages quoted in the case.
- A site design covering the proposed fleet, basket interface, buffer sizes and charging plan.
- A project safety assessment, an interface conformance report and the terms of the support agreement.
Based on Guozi's solar-cell case, its company overview and the GB/T 43047-2023 record; the case's percentage gains are left out until their baseline is supplied.

Will my plant also avoid stopping production during installation?
The case shows Guozi working inside a running site. Your own phasing and isolation needs are planned for your plant, so ask for that plan with the quote. [1]
What does Guozi's role in GB/T 43047-2023 mean for me?
It shows Guozi helped write the standard. For your order, ask for test records covering the models and the installation you buy. [3]
How should a trial test an interrupted cell-material transfer?
Describe the real container or boat, the station handover and the tracking IDs. Agree a safe stop and recovery test with the receiving station, and record who owns the material state while it recovers. Robot moving capacity on its own says little about whether a transfer finishes with full traceability.
