Perovskite solar cell laser scribing system
Wuhan DR Laser Technology Corp., Ltd. ↗DR Laser's perovskite scriber drives parallel laser channels over large coated glass from a gantry. It levels the substrate, pulls dust away while it works and uses optics chosen for your cell structure. Test glass handling and the layer-selective cut as two separate things. In perovskite cell production it follows layer coating, and each finished substrate still needs electrical testing and inspection.
System family. DR Laser picks the channel count, optics and process scheme for each substrate and layer stack.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Send the substrate drawing and layer stack with your enquiry. Ask DR Laser to confirm in writing the usable processing area, the scribe quality and the cycle conditions behind any rate it quotes.

Running a scribe trial on your stack
Define stack and paths
Send substrate and layer drawings and say what each scribe must achieve. DR Laser should name the optical setup for every task.
Check clamping and levelling
DR Laser holds the glass with floating clamps and glass hooks. Look at the fixture offered with a sample substrate mounted in it.
Measure the scribes
Agree position, line width and layer removal or damage limits with your process team. Label each inspected sample with the recipe that made it.
Check dust removal
Look over the extraction layout and inspect the finished substrate under the agreed conditions.

How parallel channels turn into real output
Parallel channels let the machine scribe several paths at once. The number of paths in your pattern, and the recipe each one needs, decide how much you actually get out. Ask whether all channels run the same operation or separate jobs, what gets adjusted at a recipe switch and which calibration records come with the machine. When you weigh it against other laser scribing systems, compare channel count and fixture design on the same substrate.
Compare capacity on one reference substrate, timing loading, alignment, scribing, unloading and reject inspection. Include stops and recipe changes when you judge sustained output. Use the listed speeds to build a shortlist, and base the production plan on your own trial results.

What to send DR Laser for a quote
Substrate and stack
Format, thickness, layer drawing and the scribe pattern you need.
Optics and channels
Ask for the wavelengths or optics, channel count and path layout on offer.
Fixture and dust
Request the clamping geometry, levelling method and extraction layout.
Trial and records
Set the quality measurements and a full-cycle run that counts good substrates on representative material.
TURN THIS INTO A CLEAR REQUEST
Ask about this product
Include the product-specific questions above and replace every bracket with your actual requirement. Save your edited text to your sourcing brief, then review it before submitting an enquiry. Saving a brief does not send it to a manufacturer.
