YHS-600 · Fibre laser scribing machine
Ningbo Yuehao Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗The YHS-600 is Yuehao's fibre-laser scriber for silicon cells and wafers. Its table, accuracy and line-width figures tell you what sample job to request. Automatic loading is offered on other Yuehao models.
Single model. Figures for Yuehao's YHAS single-station and dual-station automatic machines come from their own sheets.

Set up a YHS-600 sample job
Describe the cell
Send the cell or wafer format, thickness and surface finish, plus what the scribe is for. Yuehao should confirm it can run that exact input.
Fix the path and holder
Supply the drawing, the alignment datum and the groove or separation geometry. Check that the cell is supported along the whole path. When the separated pieces feed a cell stringer, take the cut-edge requirement from that stringer's cell specification.
Choose the quality checks
With your process team, set the checks for line position, width, depth and damage. Keep the processed samples and note the laser settings.
Time the whole job
Record setup, loading, scribing and removal. Count handling rejects when you turn the trial into an output figure.

Listed components
Yuehao names a fibre laser, CNC worktable, computer, scribing software and centrifugal fan. Check the revision and installation layout in your offer.
Automatic loading as an option
CNC control moves the beam and table; cassette handling is a separate item. If you need automatic loading, ask for its drawing, interfaces and effect on cycle time as a priced option.

Scribe drawing
Give the scribe location, depth or cut result, allowed damage and the measuring method.
Holding and loading
Ask how your material will be held and loaded, based on the 210 mm table and the fixture.
Trial record
Request the full job time, recipe revision, inspected sample results and the machine configuration used.

Does 600 mm/s tell me hourly output?
Hourly output comes from path length, passes, alignment and handling time added together. Count accepted cells from a timed run.
Can my cell be as large as the 300 mm travel?
The table surface is 210 by 210 mm, and the fixture and clamps take space too. Ask Yuehao for the usable holding area for your cell.
