Hymson uses BSG as the doping source. Send your wafer preparation route and process targets so Hymson can match a recipe and say where its step begins and ends.
Wafer format and handling
The machine positions wafers by vision and moves them on its own transport. Give the format, thickness and incoming condition, then check placement accuracy and handling damage in one trial.

Hymson lists 166, 182, 210 and 230 mm wafers. Name the size you run so the quote uses the matching throughput case.
