Ideal Energy PV wafer wet-process family

Ideal Energy (Shanghai) Sunflower ↗

A wet-chemistry line for solar wafers with tanks built to order, physically separated acid and alkaline zones and self-cleaning exhaust ducts.

Based on Ideal Energy's wet-process product page. Bath recipe, wafer thickness limit, breakage rate, tank size, cycle time and the environmental and utility table come with a quote for your process.

General illustration of cell production equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK

Approve the wafer, carrier and surface targets, fix the tank, robot and exhaust layout, and accept on surface results, contamination and handling with your own chemistry. Ask Ideal Energy to confirm in writing the supported wafer thickness and the cleaning intervals.

01 · Manufacturer information

Tank layout and acid/alkali separation

The line takes 182R–210R wafers. Tank count, layout and function are built to the customer's process. Extraction covers the whole line, acid and alkaline regions are hard-separated, and robots distribute wafers so the two chemistries stay apart. The format codes give no full width, length and thickness, so send your wafer drawing.

Cleaning baths circulate continuously, with flow set by a variable-frequency drive. Extraction ducts on the alkaline modules have a hot-water flush to stop alkaline crystals building up. Cleaning intervals, water quality, exhaust flow and contamination results are not listed. Ask for them and check they fit your site systems.

What to send for a wet-line quotation

  • Wafers and surface

R-format dimensions, thickness, incoming surface and the texture, cleanliness and electrical results you need. Include carriers and breakage limits.

  • Baths and transport

Approved chemistry, bath order, process conditions and allowed carryover. Ask for the tank and robot layout and the materials in contact with each chemical.

  • Utilities and service

Chemical supply, exhaust, water, drain and waste-treatment hook-ups for your process. Settle duct cleaning, service access and operating safety duties.

Wet line acceptance steps

  1. Approve layout and chemistry

Fix wafer and carrier, tank functions, robot routes and the bath and site package.

  2. Check surfaces and breakage

Measure surface results and wafer damage or breakage over representative loads, with inputs and conditions logged.

  3. Test separation and cleaning

Check carryover and contamination limits and run the exhaust-cleaning procedure against set criteria.

  4. Run, fault and recover

Measure accepted output on the approved sequence. Then simulate tired or abnormal baths, transfer faults and restart rejects, and file the service instructions.

Ideal Energy wet-process questions

Does 182R–210R tell me the wafer thickness?

No. It names the formats only. Send your drawing and run a handling trial.

Does hard separation mean zero cross-contamination?

Ideal Energy gives no numeric result. Set limits for baths, carriers and exhaust and test them.

Can I drop in a standard texture recipe?

The page offers no universal bath recipe. Build the sequence around your own cell process with Ideal Energy. Once wafers leave the wet line textured and clean, the next deposition step in Ideal Energy's range is its PECVD family.
