ET-V8000/15000 · Batch monocrystalline wafer texturing machine

Robotechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ↗

The ET-V8000/15000 textures and cleans monocrystalline wafers in alkaline baths for PERC and TOPCon cells. RoboTechnik picked the wetted materials and the way robots are assigned so that chemicals carry over less between tanks. Tie any capacity in the offer to your wafer format and bath configuration.

Covers the ET-V8000/15000 family for PERC and TOPCon. HJT lines use a separate ET-V8000 entry in the same catalogue.

General illustration of cell production equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK

Ask which variant gives the textured surface your wafers need. Have first-pass process quality and breakage for your format confirmed in writing, apart from the nominal wafer rate.

Set the texturing and cleaning scope

  1. Describe your wafers

Send dimensions, thickness and incoming condition, plus the cell process they feed.

  2. List the bath steps

Ask RoboTechnik to name every texturing, cleaning, rinse, dry and transfer step in the actual offer.

  3. Agree the carry-over check

RoboTechnik credits its wetted materials and robot allocation with limiting cross-contamination. Ask how that will be shown on your process.

  4. Define how output is counted

Fix surface and cleanliness measurements, how broken wafers are counted and what a first-pass good wafer is before the trial starts.

Wafer rate and breakage sit apart from texture quality

A tool can move wafers at its rated speed and still miss the surface your next process needs. Set the texture criteria with your process engineers and ask for results tied to your wafers and the offered bath route. Breakage figures and surface measurements answer different questions, so request both. The textured wafers go next to the diffusion furnace, so involve that step's engineers when you set the criteria.

Ask RoboTechnik for the chemical, exhaust, utility and maintenance documents that match the configured machine. Bath chemistry and settings come from that package and your own process team. If the plant runs several wafer formats, ask how recipes and carriers change over and watch the change in the trial, with each format's capacity reported on its own. Robot loaders that move wafers between baths and carriers count as wafer handling, and RoboTechnik prices them as separate items.
