Hongsheng's workshop has a CNC slot-cutting machine. Ask for the production route of your boat and a report on its critical dimensions.
Material and cleaning
Request the quartz grade and lot, the contamination limits that apply and the cleaning and handling records. Purity and cleanliness are read from these documents.
Surfaces and packaging
Agree checks for contact surfaces and damage, plus protective packaging. Set sample review and reject criteria before shipment, and ask for any lifetime data Hongsheng holds.
