Quartz tubes and boats enclose and carry wafers during high-temperature steps on the cell production route. Tubes line diffusion furnaces and some tube tools among deposition systems, such as NAURA's horizontal LPCVD tube system, where quartz life under your recipe forms part of the order. Boats carry wafers through the tube and rest on holders, so each part must agree with the furnace, the wafer and any carrier made by another company. Plasma tools often use graphite carriers instead, such as the TOPCon and BC graphite boats in process graphite parts, and boat holders may be ceramic, like the silicon carbide PV boat holder under process ceramic parts.
Huzhou Aohui Quartz offers diffusion quartz tubes and can rework damaged quartz, which matters if you want a repair route for worn tubes. OPAL Quartz lists a quartz furnace tube from its diffusion catalogue. For boats, Futong Quartz names its phosphorus-diffusion quartz boat by length, while Hongsheng Quartz offers a square insert quartz boat with square slots. All four quote from your drawing, so a fair comparison begins once every maker works to one revision.
Write down wafer size and spacing, loading direction and how the boat meets its holder and paddle. Ask how slot geometry is measured and which tolerance applies to slot pitch and wall straightness. For tubes, list ports, end form and flange so the gas path matches your furnace. Quartz devitrifies and deforms with heat cycles and cleaning, so hold spares for every furnace. Ask what rework the maker can offer, which defects turn a part into scrap, and how reworked parts are identified. If cell material handling robots load the boats, include them in the fit check so a slot change does not stop the automation.

A second entry carries the same name with a different photo, and neither page gives a model, wafer size, slot count or material grade. Get it quoted by sending your wafer drawing, slot and contact geometry, holder interface and furnace envelope. The boat holder, PV quartz tube, base and furnace door are sold as separate catalogue items.
Hongsheng Quartz (Zhejiang)OPAL lists a quartz furnace tube in its diffusion range, beside separate boats, cage boats, carriers, bases and insulation parts. The tube page gives no diameter, port layout or wafer format. Have it quoted from your furnace drawing and process conditions, and ask OPAL to state the grade, inspection and included parts in writing.
OPAL Quartz (Zhejiang)Futong catalogues a 1.1-metre phosphorus-diffusion quartz boat for PV furnaces. It sits beside smaller boats, vertical and horizontal insertion boats and short and long carriers, each sold on its own. The page has specification and description headings, yet gives no slot schedule, quartz grade, wafer capacity or thermal range. Quote it from your furnace drawing and wafer layout, and ask Futong for a dimensioned drawing of the boat it will make.
Futong Quartz (Zhejiang)Aohui sells diffusion quartz tubes from the solar-photovoltaic part of its catalogue and also repairs quartz-glass parts. The tube page carries a photograph only: no model number, drawing, purity, temperature range or lifetime. Order against your furnace drawing and ask Aohui for a dimensioned drawing and material record for the tube it quotes. Boats, windows, exhaust tubes and flow plates are priced as separate items.
