Honsin New Materials (Ningbo) ↗Honsin publishes graphite boats for TOPCon and BC cells as two families. Its load table lists several wafer counts per boat, while furnace model, cycle time and hourly output depend on your own line.
Process-support assemblies for PV cell deposition. Carrier frames and hot-zone parts are separate Honsin products with their own material data.

One drawing revision for the boat and its wear parts
Plates and contact points
The PV brochure shows inner and outer plates with pins, and the company brochure offers U, V and UV point designs. Your drawing should fix the slot and contact geometry and any automatic-loading need. Ask Honsin which point design suits your wafer.
Rods, spacers and feet
The accessories page covers graphite and ceramic rods, spacers, feet, nuts and combinations of them. List what ships with the boat, what is sold separately and which spares keep the approved geometry.
Boats and carrier frames
Graphite and carbon/carbon frames have their own brochure pages. Their process notes, mounting and heat duty describe frames, so take boat data from the boat drawing alone.

Match the tool before choosing the biggest load
Wafer and process first
Give the wafer size and thickness and the deposition station the boat will serve. A TOPCon or BC label on its own leaves the drawing open.
Approve the mechanical fit
Send chamber and loader interface drawings, contact positions and clearances. The catalogue's compatibility wording covers families of tools, so get your tool owner to sign off the fit for your chamber.
Agree loaded-run acceptance
Set the loaded process and the checks for wafer handling, boat geometry and cell results. Hourly production needs cycle time, stoppages and accepted output on top of the load count.

Graphite grade and purity for this boat
Honsin's company brochure explains how it selects material and controls quality. Purity and machining figures appear on its pages for other applications, and the PV hot-zone page carries an ash figure. For the boat, ask for a separate grade, finished-part tolerance and lot certificate.
Request the material designation, the impurity or ash test and its limit, any coating state and lot traceability. Name the dimensions to inspect after manufacture, after part replacement and after a rebuild. Should you need documents on authorized distribution or on the graphite grade inside the delivered assembly, ask Honsin to include them with the quote.

Cleaning, rebuilds and warranty for your order
Agree cleaning and handling with your process owner. Ask how Honsin judges pin wear, plate condition and spare parts before a boat goes back into service. Honsin publishes no cleaning recipe or service-life trial for these boats, so put both into the offer.
The PECVD page on the Shanghai site carries Shanghai Hongjun's warranty and service promises. For a Ningbo Honsin order, write the legal counterparty, producing site, shipping risk, claims procedure and destination service into the offer itself.

Common questions on Honsin boat loads
Is 768 an hourly rate?
No. 768 is one load option among several. The table gives no process cycle and no accepted output per hour.
Do the BC and TOPCon counts match?
No. BC has its own row and its own illustrated family. Choose the BC drawing and the wafer format you run.
Does the hot-zone ash figure apply to the boat?
It describes hot-zone parts. Agree a material and lot acceptance for the boat itself.
Does the Shanghai warranty cover a Honsin order?
Ask Honsin. Get the legal counterparty and written terms for your order before you sign.
