EB-cured lightweight PV backsheet solution
CGN Juner New Materials ↗A lightweight backsheet for PV modules, coated without solvent and cured by electron beam at room temperature. Buy it against a controlled specification that lists every layer, the delivery state and the tests for your module.
Covers the backsheet material only. Modules, roof approvals and EB accelerator equipment sit outside this entry, and any grade certificates should arrive with the quotation documents.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Before ordering, ask Juner to confirm in writing the exact layer stack and the company that produces it. Then agree a controlled sample specification, incoming checks, lamination compatibility and reliability tests for that construction.
SOURCE-LINKED DATA
Published specifications
Values below are published by the manufacturer, each with the date its source was checked. Ask for the figures that apply to your configuration and material in the quotation.
The manufacturer has not published a complete specification table for this entry. Request the delivered material specification, drawing where applicable and lot acceptance requirements.

What Juner's EB-cured backsheet is
Juner describes this backsheet as a lightweight sheet with a solvent-free coating that is cured by electron beam at room temperature. At a composites exhibition in September 2026 the company presented it as an EB-coated, lightweight and flexible PV backsheet.
The listing stops at the concept. It gives no grade code, thickness, roll width, bend radius or barrier figure. The white sheets in the product photo carry no lot number or dimensions, so sizes and test results have to come from Juner's documents for your order. Figures from the company's automotive composites belong to those products.

Layer-by-layer data to request from Juner
| Layer or interface | Ask Juner for | Why you need it |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical support | Material and lay-up, thickness, direction, dimensional stability and tolerances. | Predicts how the sheet handles and behaves mechanically. |
| Weather-facing coating | Coating identity, coat thickness, cure state and test records. | Shows which aging claims apply to your order. |
| Barrier and insulation layers | Every layer in the build and the construction that was tested. | Keeps material data apart from module electrical and climate qualification. |
| Bonding surface | Which side bonds, surface preparation and compatible bonding materials. | Sets up a controlled lamination trial. |
| Edges and delivery format | Sheet or roll size, edge condition and transport protection. | Supports incoming inspection and lot tracing. |

Four sources, and what each tells a backsheet buyer
Juner solution page
Confirms the PV application and the EB coating approach. Ask for the grade and controlled technical documents before adding the sheet to a production bill of materials.
2026 exhibition report
A report on Juner's own presentation, hosted by the show organizer, so its product statements are Juner's description. The page header shows the 2027 show, while the article itself is dated 2026.
2025 support-sheet paper
Tests uncoated CGF/PP sheets of several formulations under accelerated wet heat. It is good background on interfaces; the coated commercial grade, its current recipe and module compliance need Juner's own data.
Juner's vehicle composites
Strength, fire-exposure and weight-saving figures for vehicle panels describe a different solution and stay out of the backsheet specification.

Running a module-line trial with Juner's backsheet
Fix delivery state and responsibility
Find out whether you will receive a finished coated backsheet, a support layer for later coating or a development sample. Name the contracting company, the producing company and whoever is responsible for cure and batch release.
Log an identified sample
Note grade and revision, material lots, measured dimensions, layer orientation, edge condition and storage history, then compare them with the incoming specification.
Laminate with your own process
Share your module build, handling steps and bonding process with Juner. Watch flatness, deformation and bond quality during the trial.
Test the build you accept
Agree the electrical, mechanical and environmental tests, sample preparation and pass criteria. Ask for traceable reports on the full construction, including aged interface condition where it matters.
Control later changes
Keep approved samples and process records. Require notice and technical review before Juner changes the support, additives, coating, cure process or producing site.

What the Juner quotation should contain
Grade and drawing
Commercial name, technical revision, layer stack, direction and dimensions with tolerances.
Cure and release
Which EB steps are done before shipping, how cure is controlled and what record releases each lot. Juner publishes no EB dose or line speed, so ask for both.
Reports
Specimen construction, conditioning and current reports for the offered material, listed apart from finished-module qualification.
Packaging and shelf life
Transport protection, storage conditions, shelf life and handling once a pack is opened, written for this sheet.
Order terms
Producing and invoicing companies, lot tracing, the match between sample and order, and change approval.

Buyer questions on the Juner EB backsheet
Has Juner published a commercial grade?
The solution page carries no grade code or full specification. Ask for both with your quotation.
Does accelerated aging in the 2025 paper give a module lifetime?
It shows how a defined specimen behaved under one test protocol. Module service life comes from qualifying your own commercial construction.
Can I buy an electron-beam machine through this entry?
The entry describes backsheet material. If you want equipment, a coating service or finished sheet, state it so the quotation names it.
Is the Zhejiang subsidiary the same supplier as the parent?
Juner's profile lists it as a separate company. Ask which one will produce and invoice your order.
Is the product photo a tested batch?
It is an illustration with no batch number or measurements. Ask for a sample with a lot number and an inspection record.
