How the line handles a cell
Load the cell
Tell Maxwell the cell format, thickness and incoming condition so the loader and handling can be set up for it. Cells reach the printer from the passivation and deposition steps earlier in cell production, so state which coatings are already on them.
Align and print
Send the contact pattern, screens and paste requirements for the print process you plan to run.
Dry and inspect
Find out which dryers and inspection stations are part of the line, and what each does to accepted output and to recipe changeover time.

Match the figures to the line generation
A new line proposal may arrange its stations differently from the line shown on Maxwell's page. Have Maxwell link the generation on offer to its quoted drawing and technical sheet, and to state which accuracy and breakage figures belong to it before they go into your acceptance terms.
Screens, paste, the drying recipe and the inspection method shape the result as much as the printer does. Fix all four for the sample run. Results from another pattern or paste are useful background; base the production decision on a run with your own materials.

What to send and request with the enquiry
Offered generation
Ask for the line generation, the number of heads and tracks, and the exact station list.
Cell and contact pattern
Share the cell type, its format and thickness, plus your grid drawing.
Consumables and drying
Name the screens, paste and drying conditions the trial will check.
Acceptance records
Request print-quality measurements, handling rejects and accepted output with drying included, all on the agreed samples.
Written confirmation
Ask Maxwell to confirm in writing that the ±6 µm and 0.2% figures apply to the generation it quotes.
