Zhejiang Haoxiang Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ↗Haoxiang's main furnace chamber is a part built to drawing and fitted inside a larger crystal-growth furnace. This purchase covers the chamber. Heating, vacuum pumping and furnace performance come from the furnace design it goes into. The chamber belongs to the crystal growth step at the start of wafer processing, where ingots are pulled before squaring and slicing.

From signed drawing to installed chamber
Fix the drawing
Settle every deviation before machining starts. File the signed revision, the tolerance locations and the included fittings with the order.
Set up the leak test
If you need a leak test, list the seals, blanking plates and connections fitted during it. Take the method and the limit from your project specification.
Match records to the part
Ask for dimensional results and test reports carrying the delivered chamber's identification. Check for transport damage and drawing deviations before the chamber goes into the furnace.
