Lock dimensions and scope
Clear every fitting, shaft and mounting deviation with the system designer before you order.
Set the test conditions
Fix the pressure, motion and fittings used in the seal test. A static test and a rotating test tell you different things.
Match the paperwork
Tie the drawing revision and test result to the serial number on the delivered device.
Collect service instructions
Get installation, inspection and replacement instructions with the device, and agree the expected service interval in writing.

Can Hongsheng supply the furnace too?
This family covers the vacuum transmission and sealing part. A complete furnace needs its own proposal. A stopped puller holds up the rest of wafer processing, so schedule the seal swap with production.
