EQUIPMENT MODEL
JX012 automatic solar cell stringer
Ningbo Junxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗JX012 solders long, narrow cut cells into strings using infrared lamps. Its top speed depends on busbar count: up to 7,200 cells per hour with one busbar and up to 2,400 with several.
JX012 joins cells into strings. Layup and the rest of the module line sit outside the machine, and full-size square cells are larger than its range.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Send Junxiang your cell drawing with both dimensions, the busbar and ribbon layout, then agree accepted output and a soldering trial on your cells. Ask Junxiang to confirm in writing the speed, breakage and pass rate for your material before you order.

Which cells fit the JX012
| Item | JX012 sheet value | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Cell dimensions | (15–53) × (39–210) mm adjustable | Short side up to 53 mm; a 210 × 210 mm wafer is too wide. |
| Maximum string length | 700 mm | Cell count depends on cell length, spacing and end margins. |
| Cell spacing | 1–10 mm adjustable | Footnotes say ribbon thickness and cell width limit the gap. |
| Parallel string count | 4 for 83–182 mm length; 8 for 39–78 mm length | Length runs across the main busbar; ask about cells between 78 and 83 mm. |
| Heating and adjustment | Infrared lamps; room temperature to 500 °C | Set the soldering recipe for your cell and ribbon with Junxiang. |

02 · Manufacturer information
JX012 speed by busbar type
One busbar
The sheet gives up to 7,200 cells per hour when each cell has a single busbar.
Multiple busbars
With several busbars the figure drops to up to 2,400 cells per hour. Plan around the busbar count, ribbon and cell size you actually run.
JX090 is a separate machine
Junxiang's JX090 lists up to 9,000 cells per hour with a single busbar and thin ribbon. It takes much smaller cells and uses a heated soldering head, so it is a different model rather than a faster JX012 setting.

Setting up a JX012 acceptance trial
Use your production material
Run the trial on your real cells, with their cutting quality, thickness and busbar layout, plus your ribbon, coating and consumables. Log incoming defects and handling so results compare like with like.
Count output the same way
JX012 is listed at breakage of 3 per mille or less and a pass rate of 98% or more, tied to cell and cutting quality. Agree the base for each figure, how rejects and rework count, run length and inspection rules.
Inspect joints and strings
Agree joint checks plus visual and electrical tests that suit your product, and who runs any inspection after the stringer.

JX012 buyer questions
Can the JX012 take a full-square 210 mm cell?
The sheet range is (15–53) × (39–210) mm, so the short side stops at 53 mm. Send your cut-cell drawing and ask Junxiang to confirm orientation and fixture in writing.
Will I get 7,200 cells per hour on a multi-busbar cell?
The 7,200 figure is for one busbar. Multiple busbars are listed at up to 2,400. Ask for a trial on your cell and ribbon to set the accepted output.
How many cells fit in a 700 mm string?
That depends on cell length along the string, spacing and end margins. Give those values and Junxiang can state the count.
Is layup equipment part of the JX012?
Junxiang offers layup setups as separate work. Ask that the quotation list every included machine and any line integration.
