From whole cell to finished string
Cutting
The NDC unit can sit inside the stringer or stand apart. Pick one and fix the cut geometry in the offer.
Placing and soldering
Vision places each cell and infrared heat solders the ribbon. Agree the ribbon form, cell gap and string recipe.
Inspecting strings
PL and appearance inspection are add-ons. List the ones you want fitted before the machine ships.

Cells, ribbon and recipe
Send the cell process, size, thickness, ribbons and string drawing. The PERC, TOPCon and HJT listing sets the starting range; your own cells settle the result.
Factory systems and utilities
MES/AOI interfaces and AGV integration are supported. Ask for the data messages and the loading handover point, and check the 6200L/min air demand and 65 kW rated load against your plant.
