PV module manufacturing solution
Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗LEAD sells a PV module line built around its stringers, with integration for TOPCon, XBC and HJT production. The image on the page is a line layout. Capacity for your factory follows from your recipe and the station list LEAD quotes.
Line solution. Split the quote into process equipment, logistics, inspection and factory software, and keep group-wide efficiency figures out of the machine specification.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Ask LEAD to quote against one defined module recipe, shift calendar and accepted output target. Get every station and the owner of each handover in writing before you accept a turnkey price.

What a LEAD turnkey quote should list
Process and inspection stations
List the stringer, the bussing machine and every other process or inspection station offered. For each one, get the configuration and the acceptance test for your module design.
Integration and site work
Split out transfers, logistics, MES, utilities, installation and the work you handle yourself. A full line drawing leaves open who delivers each interface, so ask LEAD to name the owner.

Working out line capacity
| Step | Put in your brief | Ask LEAD to show |
|---|---|---|
| Cells to strings | Cell technology, cells per string and interconnection. | Stringer output with checks and rejects counted. |
| Module layout | Strings per module, geometry and stack. | Capacity of downstream stations on that layout. |
| Lamination and final test | Laminating recipe and the inspection you require. | Bottleneck, buffers and first-pass accepted modules. |
| Annual output | Shifts, operating days, stops and power per module. | A step-by-step calculation behind any GW figure. |

Accepting the line in stages
Fix the boundary
Freeze the responsibility matrix, model list and data and transfer interfaces before manufacture starts.
Prove the recipe
Run representative cells and module materials to settle process and inspection results.
Run the linked line
Count accepted modules with real handovers, buffers and stoppages in the run.
Change product
Switch to the required variant and record recipe control, the first good module and the records handed to your factory.
