HORAD perovskite PV line integration offering
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗This is HORAD's turnkey line for perovskite modules. It covers the thin-film front end, where layers are deposited and annealed on glass, and the back end, where the module is packaged, tested and sorted.
HORAD lists the stations, capacity range, sizes and product forms. Device recipe, film performance, module efficiency and stability, yield basis and the utilities of a given build are items to settle with HORAD and your process partner.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Worth a conversation if you already have a perovskite device stack and need a line built around it. Agree who owns the process, quote the film stages and the packaging stages as separate packages, and accept the line on modules in your format tested to your protocol.

Published specifications
Values below are published by the manufacturer, each with the date its source was checked. Ask for the figures that apply to your configuration and material in the quotation.
The manufacturer has not published a complete specification table for this entry. Request the exact offered drawing and operating limits.
01 · Manufacturer information
Two halves: thin film and module packaging
HORAD quotes line capacity from 200 MW to 1 GW and attaches a “per piece” basis to that range, which needs explaining. Module widths run 400–600 mm and lengths 1200–2550 mm. The product forms listed are flexible, single-glass, double-glass, insulated-glass and spliced-glass BIPV, with other versions on request. Ask HORAD for measured output and a table of which forms each configuration handles.
The front end lists substrate and plasma cleaning, resistance testing, magnetron sputtering, coating and vacuum thin-film deposition and several annealing steps. Packaging and test stations follow. HORAD also names AOI and MES; ask for the defect classes and the data interface. Device chemistry, deposition recipes, stability and overall process responsibility are for the contract to settle. For a crystalline-silicon module line instead, HORAD offers a separate custom line integration service built from its own station catalogue.

Questions that shape the contract
Who owns the process
Name the layer stack, materials, substrate and any licence. Agree who supplies the recipes, qualifies materials and approves changes.
Chemicals and environment
Get the solvent, deposition and thermal requirements, environmental controls and site utilities for the process you choose. Station names alone will not tell you these.
Output and stability
Set the module format, how output and yield are counted, conditioning, electrical tests and the stability test you accept. Ask how the annual capacity was worked out and what “per piece” means.
AOI, MES and tracing
Agree defect classes, how films and modules are identified, what recipe and result data is stored and how it connects to your plant systems.

Qualifying the line in stages
Fix device and line scope
Approve device and package drawings, material sources, process ownership and the line scope for that build.
Prove the film stages
Check substrate, film and anneal results under controlled conditions using your real materials.
Test finished modules
Run the agreed conditioning, electrical and stability tests on representative modules and log recipe, material and serial data.
Run the whole line
Measure output and yield with format, efficiency, uptime and annualization stated. Check integration, rejection and restart before final sign-off.

Perovskite line questions
Is 1 GW a measured annual output?
HORAD gives the range without an operating basis. Ask for the format, efficiency, yield and uptime behind it.
Does HORAD supply a perovskite recipe?
No recipe appears on the page. Device chemistry and film settings need an approved technical package.
Are all the BIPV forms qualified?
HORAD lists them as compatible without qualification results for each form. Ask HORAD to confirm in writing which forms suit the configuration you buy.
Are AOI and MES integrated?
HORAD names them without a defect list or interface spec. Write the scope into the contract and test it.
