HORAD custom PV module line integration offering
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗HORAD's R&D team plans a whole module line around one customer: where the machines go in the factory, which stations are used and how the line is balanced. This entry covers that integration job; each station has its own page.
HORAD describes the service and says it raises automation and efficiency and cuts manpower, with no line figures. Capacity, station list, staffing and acceptance terms are written into each project contract.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Use it if you want one supplier responsible for a full module line. Send your module BOM and plant limits, fix which stations and manual tasks are included, and accept the line on sustained good output, records and recovery from faults.

What HORAD takes on as integrator
HORAD's R&D team customizes semi-automatic or fully automatic lines to each customer's needs, covering factory layout, equipment deployment and line planning. HORAD says this improves automation and efficiency and reduces manpower. No numeric line specification or before-and-after comparison is given.
HORAD's station catalogue covers glass and film handling, string layup and joining, lamination, framing, junction-box work, labeling, test interfaces and packing. Several of those stations come in different configurations with process details still to settle. Line rate depends on your product, buffers and manual steps, so ask HORAD to quote a rate for your module rather than adding up station cycle times.

Turning the offer into a contract
| Area | What to define | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product and process | Cell and module architecture, BOM, drawings and qualified materials | Two modules of the same size can need different processes. |
| Station supply | Operations, options, tooling and exclusions | Keeps mounting adhesive, internal potting, handling and test scopes apart. |
| Layout and utilities | Installed machines, buffers, services and safe maintenance access | Machine footprints added together leave out buffers and aisles. |
| Manual work | Loading, refills, inspection, boxing and fault recovery | Staffing follows from these tasks, whatever the automation level. |
| Controls and records | Interlocks, module identity, recipe, test, grade and package links | Traceability has to hold across every handover between stations. |
| Acceptance and support | FAT/SAT samples, rate and yield methods, training, spares and change control | Gives each party a measurable responsibility for the delivered line. |

Brief to send HORAD
Module file
Architecture, materials, drawings, your first product mix and the format changes you expect. Say who owns recipes and product qualification.
Plant file
Floor space, access, floor load limits and utilities. Ask for an installed layout that shows buffers and maintenance access.
Output target
What counts as good product, sustained rate, shift pattern and yield and rework limits. Ask for one rate figure for the integrated line.
Scope and service
Equipment, software, commissioning, training and support, and who answers for each subcontractor and interface.
Acceptance terms
Approved samples, measured process and module results and witnessed FAT and SAT records. Keep a list of quotation points and tick each off as HORAD answers it.

Accepting the integrated line
Freeze the package
Sign off module and BOM, stations and options, plant layout, utilities and the responsibility map.
Prove critical stations
Check process and module results on the selected equipment, each against its own station criteria.
Run the line as a whole
Measure sustained good output, manual work and rejects under set conditions, and check module identity at every handover.
Test faults and changeovers
Block the downstream flow, run out of material, change product and restart. Sign off recovery, training, spares, tooling and first-piece checks.

Module line integration questions
Does HORAD publish a line capacity?
No. The page describes custom lines and gives no full-line output figure.
Can I add station cycle times to get a line guarantee?
Line output depends on product and process, buffers, faults, manual work and what counts as a good module. Ask HORAD to confirm in writing a line figure on those terms.
Are software and recipes part of turnkey?
HORAD's short page leaves this open. Name each deliverable and the integration tests in the contract.
How does this differ from the layup machine page?
This one covers the line contract, the plant, interfaces and line acceptance. Each station's specs stay on its own page.
