Three boxes that work as one set
The PV-ZH011C-5 drawing shows three boxes. The left and right ones carry the outgoing cables and connectors. The centre box is shorter and has a different terminal arrangement. Order the three together and match them to your module's ribbon layout and wiring, since voltage alone does not define the part.
Zhonghuan Sunter also lists PV-ZH011C-5M and other junction boxes beside this one. The figures here come from the PV-ZH011C-5 sheet alone. If the 5M version interests you, ask the factory what the suffix changes and request its own sheet.

Outer boxes, centre box and lids are drawn to different sizes
Outer boxes
Each is 66.50mm long and 23.90mm wide, 17.10mm high in side view. Check cable and connector projection and mounting clearance on the controlled drawing.
Centre box
52.70mm long and 23.90mm wide, with terminal dimensions marked separately. Ask for their datums and the ribbon geometry that suits them before you fix the string layout.
Lids
The lid drawings give 56.80 by 28.35mm. Ask for the full body, seal and cable-exit envelope and the bonding area needed on the module.
Tolerances and potting
The sheet gives no full tolerance scheme, potting quantity, adhesive or joining method. Ask for the supplier instructions written for your version.

What Jetion's 2024 manual adds
Jetion's JX-PI-RD-002 A6 manual, dated February 2024, lists Zhejiang Zhonghuan Sunter as a junction-box supplier, with PV-ZH011C-5 and the PV-ZH202B connector group. Its diode table gives 30SQ045 for 22A and 35SQ045 for 25A. That places the box on a named module maker's line.
The manual reflects one module at one point in time. It also tells installers to keep the original mating system, which supports ordering the full cable and connector pair from one source. For the current revision and your own module, ask for qualification documents that name both.

From a split-box sample to an approved module build
Fix the configuration
Agree the current and diode pair, the 1500 V DC scope, all three boxes and drawings, the 4mm² cable and the PV-ZH202B pair. Share your module's electrical and ribbon requirements.
Get the joining and sealing method
Ask for ribbon and terminal joining, surface preparation, box bonding, lid and exit sealing, and any potting and curing steps with the dose.
Build traceable samples
Record diode, polymer, contact, cable and connector lots with your module materials and settings. Inspect the three boxes, polarity and joints against the approved drawings.
Test the finished module
Agree electrical and environmental tests with preparation and pass criteria. Test the 1 m / 1 h protection condition on the completed build, and raise service life with the factory as a separate question.
Approve changes first
Keep certificates, annexes, drawings, test records and the plant name on file. Any change of diode, polymer, wiring, connector or plant goes through technical review before repeat orders.

PV-ZH011C-5 questions
Does the Jetion manual cover 30A?
Its 2024 diode table lists 22A and 25A for this model. The 30A version comes from Zhonghuan Sunter's sheet, so ask for documents on that configuration.
Is 110°C the ambient limit?
110°C is the RTI housing figure. The ambient range is −40 to +85°C.
What potting dose does the box need?
The sheet gives no dose or cure schedule. Zhonghuan Sunter can supply instructions for your exact assembly.
Will a similar-looking connector mate safely?
Specify the PV-ZH202B mating system and its approvals. Jetion's manual asks for the original pair.
Are the drawing dimensions toleranced?
They are good for a first fit check. Ask for the controlled drawing revision with tolerances and the installation envelope.
