Glass loading and paper separation

Glass and paper leave the pallet together
The station handles glass loading and paper separation and collection in one unit. Operators can select modes, and cleaning against static and dust is built in. The page lists a length and width range but gives no pallet orientation, glass thickness or mass, interleaf type or pickup system. If you run coated or thin glass, send samples and ask SC Solar to confirm your format in writing. After cleaning, the glass normally moves on to encapsulant film cutting and layup, so define that handover as well.
SC Solar gives the cycle as ≤12 seconds without saying where it starts and ends or which paper and cleaning settings apply. Run acceptance on real packing variation, stuck or doubled sheets and the end of each stack, so the timing reflects production. Cleaning also needs a measurable target. Trial the loader through a full stack
Fix packing and mode
Agree the pickup, cleaning and separation settings on representative glass.
Vary the stack
Cover the start and end of stacks and changed packing; check paper removal and the glass surface and edges.
Count good sheets
Time full cycles into the downstream buffer and count accepted sheets, rejects and stops.
Test recovery
Stage stuck or double sheets, an empty pallet, a full paper bin and a line restart, and check that each sheet stays tracked.
