Cutting, finding and placing the insulating piece
SC-Solar combines small-piece cutting or punching, camera recognition and a four-axis robot in one cell. It promotes quick format changes and roll replacement without stopping, plus barcode application on the busbar and live visual checking. Piece size, thickness, material grade, placement accuracy and insulation test data are not listed, so make each one a line in your request to SC-Solar.
The module range tells you how big the panel can be, not how big the piece is or how a punched hole lines up with the ribbon beneath. The barcode feature comes without a code format, print grade or MES link. Treat three results apart: the piece itself, what the camera catches, and the traceability record. One camera may not cover all three.
