Zhejiang Taihu Yuanda New Material ↗TGWH5200 is the granule a PV cable plant extrudes as its outer sheath. Taihu Yuanda publishes minimum indicators beside typical results, plus extrusion and cure settings for a first trial.
Sheath feedstock for UL4703 photovoltaic cable; the product table cites both UL4703 and UL44. Conductor, insulation compound and the finished cable sit outside this grade. That finished cable is typically fitted with PV connectors and joined to module junction boxes, so keep those mating parts in view during qualification.

A sheath compound for PV cable with UL insulation
Taihu Yuanda offers TGWH5200 for the outer sheath of UL4703 PV cable. It states that the sheath, used over UL insulation, can meet VW-1. That flame result depends on the pairing, so name your insulation grade and sheath thickness when you ask for qualification records.
The grade page shows black granules as a product picture. Taihu Yuanda also sells high-voltage insulation compounds, and those carry their own ratings; TGWH5200 is listed purely as a PV sheath material.

A/B components, packing and shelf life
Bag sizes
Component A ships in 25 kg bags and component B in 5 kg bags. The mixing ratio, sequence and allowed air exposure come from Taihu Yuanda's written instructions, separate from the bag sizes.
Moisture protection
Bags are aluminium foil and polyethylene composite, vacuum sealed. Pallets must not be stacked during transport or storage. Check the pallet build and handling rules when the goods arrive.
Six-month validity
Storage should be clean, dry and ventilated between 0 and 35°C. Ask when the six months start, how you control opened bags and what packing damage means a rejected delivery.
Lot records
Each shipment should carry component and finished-lot numbers, manufacture dates and test records. The typical-value column describes the grade in general; your lot certificate covers what you actually receive.

From TGWH5200 granules to a qualified PV cable
Approve the grade paperwork
Match the TGWH5200 revision, A/B instructions, safety data and lot records to your quotation. Name the plant that produces and releases the grade, since the annual report mentions some outsourced work on other products.
Extrude a trial length
Log extruder, screw, die, mixing steps, handling and real temperatures. Judge sheath surface and any early crosslinking with your own method, and measure the speed your line actually reaches.
Prove the cure is complete
Pick natural or accelerated crosslinking, fix the room or bath conditions and agree a release test. A test result on your cable, rather than the 3–5 day wait alone, shows the sheath is ready.
Qualify the finished construction
Compound tensile and aging results sit apart from cable flame, electrical and other approval tests. Ask for current reports or a listing that names your exact construction.

Can I buy to the typical values?
Taihu Yuanda lists minimum indicators in one column and typical results in another. Write the indicator limits into your specification and check each lot certificate against them.
Is 180°C the cable's service temperature?
No. It is the melt ceiling for extrusion. The grade page gives no continuous service rating.
Will every finished cable pass the −40°C impact test?
The 0/30 figure is a typical compound result. Your cable needs its own cold test with agreed sample preparation.
What is the A/B mixing ratio?
The grade page lists bag weights only. Get the ratio in writing from Taihu Yuanda before processing.
Is there a UL file number?
None appears on the grade page. Request the current file and check which cable construction it covers.
