The company introduction and the technology page name tungsten diamond wire as a core product and a development focus. The May 2025 Huzhou Daily article connects the company's ultrafine tungsten wire with cutting large PV wafers. The entry itself leaves open whether the spool holds bare core wire or finished coated wire.
Get the grade and the delivery state in writing. Core wire bound for a separate coating plant should pass that plant's requirements as well as yours. Finished cutting wire needs an abrasive and coating specification on the quote and a named owner for the cutting trial. A saw is a separate purchase.

Spool format belongs in the specification
Spool fit
State the spool dimensions, winding direction and the mount your coating line or saw expects. Ask Chant Tech which spool standard it ships, since a photograph cannot answer that.
Length and winding
Agree the usable length, permitted joints and winding quality, and how your receiving team logs damage or breaks. Diameter and length come from the spec sheet, never from the picture.
Packing and release
Ask for storage and handling instructions, protective packing and spool labels that match the inspection record. Agree who releases the wire for use once it has arrived.

Trial the delivered wire on your own process
Start from the process
Write down the wafer target, saw model and process owner. Agree which recipe changes are allowed and who approves compatibility. The 2025 article speaks of large PV wafers broadly, so your saw needs a run of its own.
Fix the comparison
Set the trial conditions, the run length and how many wafers get inspected. Pick the break-rate and wafer-quality measures that matter before putting the new wire against your current supply. Run both wires with the same cutting fluid and saw settings so the comparison isolates the wire.
Record lots and accepted wafers
