HORAD module test-tooling circulation system
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗This HORAD system keeps crossbar test tooling moving in a loop: a placing machine fits it to the panel, the module passes an inspection station, a removal machine takes the tooling off and a return line carries it back.
HORAD publishes the workflow, panel sizes, utilities and machine size. Test voltage or current, measuring range, how many jigs circulate, contact life and cycle time are left for the order.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Choose it if you want crossbar tooling handled automatically around your existing tester. Before ordering, send HORAD the tooling drawing and tester signals, agree how many tools circulate and how blocked returns are cleared, and ask for both in writing. Like HORAD's other back-end stations, it is built to slot into a complete module line.

How the crossbar tooling travels
Four pieces make up the loop. A placing machine sets crossbar tooling on the panel, a workstation downstream inspects the module, a removal machine lifts the tooling away and a return line brings it back to the start. Cameras guide the manipulator as it locates, installs and later dismantles the tooling.
HORAD sells a station with almost the same name, the singular Testing Jig Return System, which runs withstand-voltage, insulation and ground-resistance tests on a different machine table. Treat the two as separate purchases. This plural-named loop handles tooling and carries no measurement range or contact rating. Its page also mentions a cutting speed without saying what is cut, so ask HORAD what that line refers to.

Listed figures for the tooling loop
| Item | HORAD lists | What to settle for your line |
|---|---|---|
| Workflow | Place tooling → downstream inspection → remove → return | Which stations and how much return conveyor are in the supply. |
| Compatibility | Most test tools and long/short wires | A list of the jigs, connectors and lead lengths HORAD accepts. |
| Panel sizes | 2550–1650 × 1450–990 mm | Range is written largest first; match it to your tooling and formats. |
| Supply / power / air | 380 V / 20 kW / 0.6–0.8 MPa | Connected load, compressed-air consumption and dryness. |
| Machine size, L × H × W / weight | 4900 × 2000 × 2850 mm / 2.2 T | Whether the footprint includes the return conveyor. |

What HORAD needs from you
Crossbar drawing
Send crossbar geometry, mass, connectors, lead lengths and the areas of the module the tooling may touch. Ask which fitting and removal grippers HORAD will supply for it.
Signals to the tester
List the ready, busy and result signals your electrical tester gives, plus how contact is checked and when the tooling may be released safely.
Number of tools in the loop
HORAD gives no jig count or return capacity. Agree how many tools circulate, where they buffer and where dirty or faulty tooling is pulled out.
Upkeep of reused tools
Set a routine for inspecting, cleaning and replacing contacts, and a way to trace which tool tested which module.

Running the loop before sign-off
Fix the drawings
Lock the tooling and module drawings, the tester signal list and the layout of placing, removal and return.
Fit and lift off real tooling
Watch alignment and contact on actual modules, look for scratches on panel or tool, and confirm the tooling only comes off once the tester is in its safe state.
Fill and starve the return line
Run it full, run it empty, pull a tool out, feed a damaged one and block the downstream station. Write down how each case is cleared and the throughput reached.
Swap a tool
Reject and replace a tool in front of you, then record the settings and the first-module check to repeat after any change.

Questions about the tooling loop
Does it include a high-voltage tester?
No tester is described. The loop places, removes and returns crossbar tooling around whichever inspection station you run.
Is it the same machine as the singular Testing Jig Return System?
No. That station performs electrical tests and lists other utilities. Quote them as two separate items.
Will my test tools fit?
HORAD says most test tools fit but names no models. Send your crossbar and contact design and ask HORAD to confirm the fit in writing.
