PERTOP tube PECVD solution

Yingkou Jinchen Machinery Co., Ltd. ↗

PERTOP is Jinchen's tube PECVD solution for growing silicon oxide and in-situ doped amorphous silicon. Jinchen presents it as a process technology with dust and uniformity controls; tube layout and throughput are set in a proposal for your line.

Process solution sold per project. Model, tube configuration, capacity and utility needs come with Jinchen's proposal.

General illustration of cell production equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK

Start from your film stack and wafer input, agree how a good layer will be measured, and only then compare batch capacity between offers. Ask Jinchen to confirm in writing the model, tube layout, cycle definition and film acceptance limits for your order.

What PERTOP does

  • Oxide plus doped silicon

PERTOP grows silicon oxide and then in-situ doped amorphous silicon in one combined route. Send Jinchen your required stack so the offer lists exactly which operations the tool performs. In cell production this stack forms the passivating contact of TOPCon cells, made after diffusion and before metallization.

  • Uniform, clean films

Jinchen highlights uniformity, dust control and film stability during crystallization. Set your own wafer sampling plan, measurement points and defect criteria so these features become acceptance limits.

Comparing PERTOP with other PECVD offers

PECVD names a deposition method. Two offers under that name can differ in tube layout, recipes, loading, process controls and the way acceptance is measured, so line them up on those points. Output per shift depends on your installation and recipe, and should be calculated for them.

Ask Jinchen how cleaning, recipe changes and interrupted batches are counted in its capacity figure. Gas supply, exhaust and site services need a utility schedule for the delivered tool and a check by a qualified integrator before installation. Gas-handling limits come from Jinchen's operating documents for the tool.

Checklist for a PERTOP quotation

  • Film and wafers

Send the layer targets, wafer input and the measurements your process team uses.

  • Tool scope

Request the tube or chamber layout, carriers, loading method and the process controls included.

  • Acceptance

Agree film uniformity, contamination sampling and downstream checks on representative wafers, and ask Jinchen to confirm them in writing.

  • Site and output

Request utility and exhaust documents and an output figure that already allows for interruptions and cleaning.
