NWSS-DD700Z · Single-ingot monocrystalline squarer
TDG NISSIN ↗The NWSS-DD700Z is a single-position diamond-wire squarer for monocrystalline ingot segments. TDG NISSIN fits loading and unloading grippers as part of the machine and offers edge detection and automatic centring as add-ons. Each cut handles one segment.
This page covers the single-position squarer from the TDG NISSIN sheet. The two-position DS700Z is a separate model with its own automation package; on the DD700Z, list each orientation and centring function you want in the order.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Choose the NWSS-DD700Z when one segment per cut is enough and your stock is 150–700 mm long and 200–250 mm across. Before ordering, ask TDG NISSIN to confirm in writing the square drawing, the options included and the manual steps left, then trial finished geometry and side-piece handling.

01 · Manufacturer information
Standard grippers, optional detection and centring
According to TDG NISSIN, the DD700Z squares a single ingot and moves it on and off the machine with mechanical grippers. Edge detection and automatic centring can be added as options. Sort out which functions you are buying and which tasks an operator will still do.
Its parameter sheet allows segments of 150–700 mm in length and 200–250 mm in diameter, cut one at a time. Final square side, detection accuracy and dimensional tolerance are left off the sheet. The two-position DS700Z has a longer length range and fuller automation, and those figures belong to that machine.

Spell out the square and the scope of supply
Square size and orientation
Send the finished cross-section, face-angle limits and the reference you use to orient incoming segments. Say where size and surface damage will be measured. Incoming segments are usually cut to length beforehand on a multiwire cropper.
Option list
Ask for the gripper scope, chosen detection and centring options, operator steps and how side pieces are taken out. Note the hand-offs to your upstream and downstream handling. Square bars leaving the machine can go on to the maker's face grinding centre for faces and corners.
Trial and service
Have every chosen option running in the factory trial, along with a wire change and safe recovery from a bad clamp or cut. Get current delivery terms and service duties in the quote.

Accepting the machine you ordered
Fix the configuration
Agree stock, final square, fixture, detection and centring choices, and remaining manual work.
Measure the squares
Check finished size, face and edge geometry, and damage limits at the short and long ends of the stock range.
Watch the handling
See the grippers and options work, including a missed edge, a failed clamp and side-piece removal.
Count good output
Time manual setup and unloading as part of the cycle and base output on accepted squares.

NWSS-DD700Z questions buyers ask
Does it come with automatic centring?
TDG NISSIN lists it as an option. Write it into the order if you want it.
Can it square two segments at once?
No. The sheet gives one segment per cut.
What finished square size does it make?
The sheet gives no side length or tolerance. Agree them on a drawing with the maker.
