Solar module laminator series
Suzhou SC-Solar Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗The SC Solar laminator handles the encapsulation step for PV modules. Its table lists three working areas, all 2700 mm wide and 8700, 9400 or 10000 mm long, with a working range up to 180 °C. Your module layout and encapsulation recipe decide which size and arrangement to quote.
Covers the whole laminator series. Each size and arrangement can differ in cycle time, utility demand and output, so ask for the figures of the one you are quoted.

Run the agreed recipe
Get the settings and measurements that suit your encapsulant and module build.
Unload and inspect
Decide where laminate quality is checked and where rejected laminates go.
Repeat at production pace
Count loading, recovery, cleaning and changeover when you measure accepted output, since platen area alone gives no throughput figure.

Oil or electric heating
Site utilities
Put the utility schedules and extra equipment of the two heating options side by side. Energy use and installed cost vary from site to site, so ask SC Solar for figures that match yours.
Laminate results
Have both offers process the same module stack under one acceptance plan. Temperature uniformity describes the press, while a good laminate needs its own sample and inspection.

Utilities, loading interfaces, maintenance clearance, records and the operating documents delivered with the machine.
Transmission and noise
The series lists ±3mm transmission accuracy and ≤80dB noise. Ask how both are measured on the configuration you buy.
