A small press for planned experiments
Yiheng positions this electrically heated unit for small modules in a laboratory, with flexible working modes chosen on a PLC touchscreen. The lamination area is 500×500 mm. Sample thickness, fixtures, vacuum level and recipe storage or export are not listed, so ask Yiheng for them.
The table gives an equipment weight of 1 t, which is heavy for a 750×790×1160 mm machine. Ask Yiheng to confirm the weight on a lifting and installation drawing along with the utility list. Good coupons from a lab press also need repeat trials on full-size glass and a production laminator before you rely on them. Yiheng's own production range runs from the compact automatic laminator up to multi-chamber lines such as the single-level three-chamber laminator.

Is 1 t a typo for such a small machine?

Will a good coupon carry over to production modules?
Not automatically. Plan full-size and production-rate trials on a larger laminator.
