Vision finds the position, the joint decides the quality
Yiheng uses machine vision to position the strings and flexible clamping to hold them while it welds the busbars during layup. It names 60/72-cell conventional modules, double-glass and half-cell modules, and 5BB, 9BB and 12BB layouts. Busbar dimensions, coating and solder, the weld recipe and measured bond resistance or strength are not published.
The sheet gives a production cycle of ≤25 seconds and breakage of less than 1‰, which is per mille, ten times tighter than one percent. Sample size, incoming cell condition, test length, handling scope and inspection method are not given. Have Yiheng run your own strings and ribbon to show joint quality and pattern support.

Fix patterns and materials
Approve the module and string layouts the machine must handle and the welding and clamping setup.
Check alignment and bonds
Measure placement, joint resistance and strength, and visual quality at set positions.
Count breakage and time cycles
Use an agreed sample size and include vision, positioning, welding and handling in timed good output.
Test changeovers and faults
Switch patterns, trigger misalignment detection, route a reject and restart, with recipes tracked.

Buyer questions on the DHJ-C
Is the breakage rate one percent?
No. The sheet says less than 1 per mille. Ask Yiheng how many cells and what test that figure came from.
Does ≤25 s cover every step at the station?
Yiheng does not say where the cycle starts and stops. Ask for the timing with loading and vision included.
Will it handle newer busbar patterns?
Yiheng names 5BB, 9BB and 12BB. For other layouts, send your drawing and materials for a trial.
