Company scope
What the company makes
Yiheng Technology builds module laminators and a busbar layup-welding station. The Chinese legal name is 河北羿珩科技有限责任公司. Its contact page gives the English name Hebei Yiheng Science & Technology and an address at 370 North Second Ring Road, Haigang District, Qinhuangdao. The current brand artwork reads Yiheng Technology.
Yiheng gives 2000 as its founding year and names Qinhuangdao Aoruite as an earlier company name. Its history page records a 2016 listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, a 2017 acquisition, and a later delisting and name change. A 2016 CSRC transaction-review feedback page describes Yiheng as a maker of lamination and PV equipment while discussing the proposed deal. For present ownership and corporate status, ask Yiheng for its current registration documents.
The PV catalogue holds eleven equipment entries. Ten are laminators or laminator arrangements, and the eleventh is the DHJ-C busbar layup welder. The automatic and semi-automatic compact laminators carry the same TCZY-DF1/F3-2222 model and the same parameter table, so this directory shows them on one model page. Ask Yiheng what separates the two in control and handling. Every other family keeps its sizes together on a single comparison page.
The laminator families differ mainly in layout. The three-level family moves each level on its own and lists a 4700 mm machine height. The two-level machines come with two or three chambers: two chambers split lamination from curing, and the third chamber adds water cooling. A stacked two-level single-chamber family laminates and cures in the same chamber. Single-level three-chamber machines end with a water-cooled exit stage. Line-connected and compact single-chamber machines serve linked lines and operator-assisted work. The laboratory model has a 500×500 mm working area for small-scale work.
Each model page carries Yiheng's parameter sheet: model rows, working size, overall dimensions, installed power, weight, temperature range and accuracy, and compressed-air pressure. Installed power sizes the electrical supply; energy per finished laminate needs its own measurement. Working area gives the press size, while the number of your current modules that fit depends on carriers and clearances, so send your module drawing.
Some capacity figures differ between Yiheng's directory and its detail pages. The conventional double-linked laminator shows 100 MW in the directory and 50 MW on its detail page, and the two pages describe lamination and curing differently. The line-connected laminator shows 20 MW with old 160–270 W module examples in the directory and 25 MW on its detail page. Other 100, 150 and 200 MW figures come without a working calendar, module wattage, recipe or yield. Ask Yiheng to quote output for your module and shift pattern.
The DHJ-C welder uses vision positioning and a flexible welding hold-down for 60/72-cell, double-glass and half-cell layouts, and names 5BB, 9BB and 12BB patterns. Its sheet gives a cycle of ≤25 seconds and breakage below one per mille. Ask for the sample size, incoming cell condition and cycle start and end points behind those figures, and for joint-strength and contact-resistance data on your busbar pattern.
The contact page lists separate corporate and after-sales channels. The PV directory footer still carries an older company name and mailbox, so work from the current contact page. Yiheng's introduction and history mention ISO, CE, TUV and NRTL-related credentials at different dates, along with past plant-area and R&D team figures. Request current certificates with scope and validity, and the technical file for your model, together with the quotation.
To quote a laminator, Yiheng needs your glass, encapsulant and cell interconnection stack, module size and weight, layup support, and the cure, adhesion, visual and electrical results you require. Pick chambers and levels from your own process and transport diagram. Plan acceptance as a loaded production run that includes transfers, cleaning, rejects and fault recovery, and compare offers on accepted laminates rather than an annual MW headline.

Specifications & selection questions →Choosing a layout
Match chambers and levels to your module process
Multi-level transport
Three-level and stacked two-level machines need load support, infeed and outfeed heights, and building and service drawings for your hall. [4]
Cure and cooling
Two-chamber and three-chamber machines run different sequences. Agree whether curing is separate or combined, and who is responsible for cooling. [4]
Linked and assisted work
Line-connected and compact machines need defined conveyor handshakes, operator tasks, buffers and safe access. [4]
Busbar welding
For the DHJ-C, send your busbar and string drawing and materials, and agree joint quality and damage limits before planning around the cycle figure. [15]
Figures to clarify
Figures that differ between Yiheng pages
50 or 100 MW
The conventional double-linked laminator shows different capacities and chamber wording in the directory and on its detail page. Ask Yiheng which specification applies and on what operating basis. [11][4]
Acceptance plan
Accept the laminator on finished laminates
Laminate quality
Agree cure, adhesion, void and cell-damage tests with sampling by position and batch. Loaded temperature maps and material results are measured separately. [4]
Full production cycle
Count layup and handling, chamber time, cooling and unloading, cleaning and stops. Convert to annual output only with your wattage, calendar and yield. [4]

What output can I expect from a Yiheng laminator?
The catalogue MW figures come without a calendar, module or yield basis, and some pages disagree. Ask Yiheng to quote accepted laminates per shift for your module. [4]
Why do the automatic and semi-automatic compact laminators share a page?
Both sheets list model TCZY-DF1/F3-2222 with identical values. Ask Yiheng to set out the automation difference in writing. [13][16]
Are Yiheng's machines certified?
The company introduction and history mention ISO, CE, TUV and NRTL-related credentials at various times. Request current certificates and the technical file for your model with the quotation. [1][2]
Which contact details on the official site are current?
The current contact page lists corporate and after-sales channels separately. The PV directory footer still shows an older company name and mailbox, so confirm the contracting entity before sending drawings or orders. [3]
