TCZY-BF1 family · Single-level three-chamber laminator

Yiheng Technology ↗

Modules pass through three chambers on one level: lamination, then curing, then a cooling chamber fed by automatically circulating water. Splitting the steps frees the laminating press for the next load.

Yiheng's 2016 product page and its sheet give three TCZY-BF1 sizes. The catalogue places the family for larger double-glass modules and customised lamination areas.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK

Choose the working size and the water-cooling package, then trial your glass and encapsulant stack through all three chambers and check the module coming out of the cooler.

How the three chambers split the work

Yiheng describes one level carrying the module from a lamination chamber to a curing chamber and on to a cooling chamber with automatic water circulation. The catalogue points the family at big double-glass modules and offers customised lamination areas. The sheet itself gives three sizes; anything larger or different needs its own drawing from Yiheng. The same lamination, curing and cooling sequence runs on two stacked levels in Yiheng's two-level three-chamber laminator, and our guide to specifying a PV module laminator covers what to fix before ordering.

Yiheng quotes 100 MW per year, automatic cleaning and energy savings. The page gives no cycle time, module wattage, shift calendar or energy baseline for those figures. It also gives no water flow or temperature for the cooler. Since the cooled exit affects how the module can be handled next, ask for those values for your own stack.

Stack, cooling water and handover

  • Glass and encapsulant

Send module dimensions, glass thickness, layup weight and the cure your materials need. Write down the void, adhesion and damage limits and how you will inspect them.

  • Cooling circuit

Ask for flow, inlet temperature, pressure, heat load and service points, and say what temperature and condition the module must have at the exit.

  • Moving between chambers

Agree how the module is supported, which surfaces touch it, where buffers sit and how each handshake works from lamination through to your unloader.

Trial ending at the cooler exit

  1. Fix the size

Approve one table row, or a signed drawing for a custom area, together with the stack and load.

  2. Prove lamination and cure

Map the loaded chambers and test cure, adhesion and visual and cell results against your limits.

  3. Check the cooled module

Measure exit temperature and handling over repeated transfers with the agreed water settings.

  4. Run it as production

Count good output and consumption including cleaning, water-supply interruptions, faults and downstream buffers.

Buyer questions on the TCZY-BF1

Can I order a custom lamination area?

Yiheng offers customised areas, but the sheet lists only three sizes. Get a drawing and a qualification plan for any other area.

What water flow does the cooler need?

The page gives no flow or temperature figures. Ask Yiheng to state them in the quotation.

What does 100 MW mean for my modules?

Yiheng gives no wattage, calendar, recipe or yield with it. Work out output from your own trial cycle.
