HORAD glass barcode-labeling station
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗This station puts a barcode on the underside of module glass and checks each label once it is on. Its value to you comes from the serial record behind it and how it handles a bad read.
HORAD equipment-family page with no model code. The 12-second fastest cycle and ≥99.5% utilization are HORAD's figures; ask how they were measured.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Set the barcode content and label position first. Then test reading, mismatch rejection and downstream module identity on your actual format, and get the agreed cycle basis in writing.

Sticking the label and checking the data
HORAD applies the barcode to the underside of the glass, with semi-paste or full-paste options. Servo straightening squares the glass, format changes take one click, and material feed runs in step with printing. If glass reaches this station from HORAD's glass loader, use the same datum edge on both machines.
A recheck system confirms that a barcode is on the glass and that its printed data are correct. Matching that serial to your upstream record is a separate job. Decide where the ID comes from, how it is checked and what happens on failure before you accept the traceability function.

The serial record and the error path
Who issues the ID
Name who issues module IDs, how each sheet receives its intended record and how duplicate or reprinted labels are controlled. Later labelling on a HORAD line, such as the auto labeling and auto label verification stations, should draw on this same ID source.
Semi-paste or full-paste
Ask what each mode means on the glass. Confirm position, adhesive, label stock and what lamination and later handling require.
Bad reads and wrong data
Set the response to a missing label, an unreadable code and wrong data. Decide whether rejected glass stops, diverts or waits for a manual fix, with a logged record.

Test traceability step by step
Fix format and position
Provide glass and label drawings, the code format and position tolerance. Confirm the single or double glass setup you will run.
Check good and bad samples
Run correct, missing, damaged and deliberately wrong labels. Check both the physical read and the record match against agreed criteria.
Try reprint and restart
Feed a duplicate serial, interrupt the printer, reject material and cut power. The station should come back without quietly handing out a new identity.
Measure steady output
Record sustained running with defined material and faults. Base cycle and utilization acceptance on that run, with the 12-second figure kept as HORAD's best case.

Questions on the HORAD labeling station
Will the line run at 12 seconds per glass?
HORAD calls 12 seconds its fastest cycle. Set and test the sustained cycle for your material and workflow.
Does the recheck connect to our MES?
HORAD names no MES protocol. Agree the data source, interface, matching rules and rejection record.
How was the ≥99.5% utilization measured?
HORAD gives no time window or exclusions. Ask for the calculation and the run it came from.
