HORAD automatic glass-loading station
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗This station lifts glass from the stack, strips the interleaf paper and feeds sheets into the line, with dust and static control built in. Test it on your own glass stacks before you order.
HORAD Auto Glass Loading page. The size entry can be read more than one way, and the table gives no cycle time or glass-thickness range.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Ask HORAD for a corrected format drawing. Then trial your real glass and interleaf stacks for single picks, breakage and empty-stack recovery.

Glass pickup and paper removal in one station
HORAD's loader grabs glass, feeds it forward and separates the isolation paper between sheets. An axial-flow fan removes dust and an ion-air rod removes static. Suction cups set at a swinging angle help keep the robot from lifting two or more sheets at once. Loading is the first step of module assembly: each sheet then receives EVA and strings on its way to layup, all referenced to the edge set here.
The station also clamps the isolation paper, guards neighbouring robot arms against collision and warns when material runs low. HORAD publishes no dust, static, double-pick or breakage results, so set those limits for your glass and interleaf in the acceptance plan.

Your glass stack sets the test
Your sheets and paper
Give dimensions, thickness, coating, surface condition and interleaf type. Ask what range the cups and paper gripper accept. Rear glass for glass-glass modules is handled later by HORAD's back glass placing station, which raises its own pickup questions.
Uneven and empty stacks
Run normal, uneven and nearly empty stacks within agreed limits. Define how double picks are caught, how paper removal is checked, and how shortage alarms and recovery work.
Dust and static
Agree cleaning and static checks that suit your module process and how each is measured. The fan and ion rod are the hardware; the numbers come from your test.

Commission pickup and outfeed together
Settle the geometry
Get the supported glass list, the stack carrier drawing and the robot and service envelope before signing off the floor plan.
Run loading trials
Log material, stack condition, single-sheet picks, paper removal and transfer defects against agreed rates.
Test the faults
Trigger a shortage, a suspected double pick, a gripper fault and a blocked outfeed. Agree safe isolation, restart and operator instructions.
Sign the package
Fix cups, grippers, cleaning and static hardware, utilities and the outfeed conveyor handshake in the acceptance record. If HORAD's glass labeling station follows the loader, agree that handover signal at the same time.

Questions on the HORAD glass loader
Is 1450 mm the maximum glass width?
HORAD's size string can be read in more than one way. Ask for the controlled drawing with the supported formats.
Will the suction cups stop every double pick?
HORAD gives no measured rate. Set detection and acceptance limits and trial them with your stacks.
Which order are the machine dimensions in?
HORAD labels them L × H × W. Keep that order until the layout drawing confirms it.
