HORAD curing-stage module handling system
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗This system moves freshly framed or potted modules into a staggered stack so they can sit while adhesive cures. Servo axes place each panel, and the gripper takes it by clamp or by suction cup. Modules typically arrive from the framing system and the AB potting station, both of which leave glue or potting compound that needs time before further handling.
HORAD's page covers handling, palletising, pickup methods, panel sizes, utilities and machine size. It describes no heated or humidity-controlled chamber and gives no cure temperature, dwell time, stack count, weight or rule for when modules may leave the stack.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
A fit if you need modules stacked and buffered while sealant sets. Ask HORAD whether the quote covers handling only or also a cure enclosure, approve the pickup points and stack supports, and size the buffer from your adhesive's dwell time and line rate.

A handling cell under a curing name
HORAD names the product a curing system. Its function and performance text describes panel handling and palletising: servo pick and place, clamp or suction-cup pickup and staggered stacking. HORAD says these methods work on both framed and double-glass panels.
No chamber, heating, humidity control, ventilation or timed cure cycle appears on the page. HORAD also describes it as handling all mainstream panels, without a model or weight list. Ask whether your quotation is the handling unit on its own or includes cure-environment equipment with its own defined process.

Handling data and what to ask
| Item | HORAD figure | Ask HORAD |
|---|---|---|
| Pickup | Clamps and suction cups | Which mode is supplied, where it touches the module and the payload limit. |
| Stacking | Servo-driven staggered placement | Rack or pallet layout, stack height and support pattern. |
| Panel size | 1650–2550 × 990–1450 mm | Your formats and module weights. |
| Supply / power / air | 380 V / 11 kW / 0.5–0.8 MPa | Peak load during lifts and the grippers' compressed-air demand. |
| Machine size, L × H × W | 3500 × 1900 × 2200 mm | Whether this is the handler alone or the full rack and enclosure footprint. |

Price three jobs separately
Moving the module
Give dimensions, weight, frame or glass build and the points where it may be gripped or supported. Agree grip, stack stability and damage criteria.
Curing the adhesive
Take temperature, humidity and dwell from your adhesive's approved process. If you need a cure room or enclosure, ask for it by name in the quote.
Tracking what is in the stack
Set the input rate, minimum residence time, rack capacity and how each module's identity and stack time are logged. Size the buffer from those numbers rather than from machine dimensions.

Trial plan for the curing stage
Name what is supplied
List the handler, racks and any environment equipment, the line interfaces, and who is responsible for proving the cure.
Pick and stack real modules
Run each approved format and weight, check grip marks and support points, and confirm the stack stays stable.
Check exit control
If HORAD supplies cure equipment, prove its environment and dwell against your adhesive process. If it supplies handling only, keep cure checks with the rest of your line process.
Block the exit
Simulate a full rack, an empty rack, a failed pick and a downstream stop. Make sure early modules stay segregated and settings hold after restart.

Curing-stage questions
Is this a curing oven?
The page describes handling and stacking. No oven or controlled environment is specified.
Does 11 kW tell me the cure temperature?
It is the machine's listed power. Cure temperature comes from your adhesive process.
Will it handle every mainstream module?
HORAD gives no format or weight list. Trial your own modules.
How long do modules stay in the stack?
HORAD lists no dwell time. Set it from your adhesive and ask how the system controls exit timing.
