EQUIPMENT MODEL
NWSS-125H · G6 diamond-wire batch squarer
TDG NISSIN ↗For plants that square with diamond wire at G6 scale, TDG NISSIN offers the NWSS-125H. One fixture batches mono ingots; another splits a poly block into 36 columns. Wire, spool, speed and power all differ from the slurry NWSS-125M(K).
Figures come from the NWSS-125H catalogue sheet. It lists no wafer format and no present batch output; ask for both with the quotation.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
Pick the fixture that matches your stock and send the final column drawing. Request a written figure for kerf, wire consumption and surface damage across every piece of a full load.

Mono and poly loads on the NWSS-125H
The mono fixture holds 36 ingots of 6 or 6.5 inches × 500 mm, or 25 of 8 or 8.5 inches × 500 mm. The poly fixture takes a 1000 × 1000 × 500 mm block and leaves 36 columns of 156 × 156 × 500 mm.
Each of these is its own catalogue setup. If you hope to mix stock types in one fixture, raise it with TDG NISSIN directly. Against the slurry machine, this sheet lists coated diamond wire of 0.31–0.33 mm, a spool of up to 1.2 km at 0.33 mm and 90 kW machine power. Kerf, wire life and surface quality are not given, so request figures measured on your stock.

NWSS-125H catalogue figures
| Item | Catalogue value | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Mono load | 36 at 6/6.5 inch × 500 mm, or 25 at 8/8.5 inch × 500 mm | Each count needs its own fixture. |
| Poly block / output | 1000 × 1000 × 500 mm / 36 at 156 × 156 × 500 mm | Ask for kerf and stock allowance. |
| Coated wire / spool | 0.31–0.33 mm; up to 1.2 km at 0.33 mm | Ask what wire life to expect. |
| Wire speed / tension | Up to 900 m/min; 0–100 N | Accepted batch time comes from the recipe. |
| Wheel lift | Up to 700 mm; 0–330 mm/min | Stroke and feed limits. |
| Water / air | 0.2–0.3 MPa, 200 L/min; air 0.6–0.7 MPa, up to 55 m³/h | Match against plant water and air. |
| Power | AC 380 V, 50 Hz; 90 kW | Energy per block comes from a trial. |
| Footprint / mass | 5420 L × 3540 W × 3520 H mm; 12000 kg | Leave room for stock, waste and service. |

Comparing cutting routes by usable silicon
Stock fit
Give the mono diameter or poly block size and the finished drawing. G6 names a block class; your drawing sets the real dimensions.
Wire and finish
Ask for the coated wire, tension and feed recipe along with surface and damage limits. Judge a thinner wire by the usable yield of a full batch.
Batch handling
Agree loading, handling of the separated columns, cleaning and waste. Count accepted output from full batches, with rejects and recovery included.

Testing a full NWSS-125H load
Lock one setup
Agree stock, fixture, wire, final drawing and utilities before cutting starts.
Inspect centre and edge columns
Measure geometry and damage on every piece in the load, with samples kept traceable.
Record loss and cycle
Note kerf, rejected silicon, wire used, and handling time on top of cutting time.
Rehearse a wire break
Test restart after an interrupted cut, piece identification and maintenance under your own cooling water and air supply.

NWSS-125H buyer questions
Does G6 fix every workpiece size?
G6 names the block class. Work from the table figures and your own incoming and finished drawings. If this load is more than your line needs, the maker's smaller diamond-wire squarer takes lighter batches.
Can I use the slurry model's wire figures?
No. The NWSS-125H lists its own coated wire, spool and power values.
Does it slice wafers?
This machine squares ingots and blocks. Thin-wafer slicing is a later step, and no wafer thickness is listed.
