EQUIPMENT MODEL
NWSS-125M(K) · G6 slurry-wire batch squarer
TDG NISSIN ↗The NWSS-125M(K) is the TDG NISSIN G6 squaring machine for slurry-wire cutting. Depending on the fixture you order, it cuts a full batch of monocrystalline ingots to square section or divides one polycrystalline block into 36 columns.
All figures come from the NWSS-125M(K) catalogue sheet. The diamond-wire NWSS-125H is a separate machine with a table of its own.

START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
This machine suits a line that squares with slurry wire at G6 scale. Before you sign, choose the mono or poly fixture, fix the final block drawing and the slurry and wire package, and get the wire diameter, kerf and surface result for your load stated in writing by TDG NISSIN.

What the NWSS-125M(K) cuts in one batch
TDG NISSIN builds this machine around slurry-wire cutting. With the mono fixture it squares 36 ingots of the smaller diameter or 25 of the larger one. With the poly fixture it splits a G6 block into 36 smaller columns.
The sheet sizes each load. Mono batches are 6 or 6.5 inch × 500 mm in sets of 36, or 8 or 8.5 inch × 500 mm in sets of 25. The poly block measures 1000 × 1000 × 450 mm and yields 36 finished columns of 156 × 156 × 450 mm. Every load runs on its own fixture, so buy the one that matches your stock rather than expecting one mixed batch.
The English heading on the sheet uses both diamond multiwire and mortar wording, while the Chinese page speaks of slurry cutting. Ask TDG NISSIN which consumable route the quoted machine is built for.

What to define in the order
Cutting route
Get slurry-assisted wire named as the process. Settle the 0.3 mm and 0.25 mm wire figures in one written spec. Wire-life figures quoted for the diamond-wire models belong to those machines.
Slurry system
Ask who supplies slurry circulation, abrasive handling, filtration and waste removal. Agree how clean the columns must leave the machine for the next step.
Fixture and output
Pick the mono or poly fixture and attach a final block drawing. Set limits for material loss, chips and cracks across every column in the load.

Accepting the first slurry batch
Fix one configuration
Sign off stock size, fixture, wire, slurry and the final drawing before the trial cut.
Measure every column
Check geometry and damage at centre and edge positions and along the length, using methods both sides agreed.
Count materials and time
Log slurry and wire use, lost or rejected silicon, and the time spent preparing and unloading as well as cutting.
Watch the servicing
Have the supplier show circulation upkeep, a wire change and recovery from abnormal slurry or a broken wire on your site setup.

NWSS-125M(K) buyer questions
Do the NWSS-125H figures apply to this machine?
No. The NWSS-125H is the diamond-wire G6 model and has its own wire, spool and power table.
Which wire diameter is correct?
The wire row lists 0.3 mm, and the spool capacity is quoted at 0.25 mm. Ask TDG NISSIN to state the diameter for your order in writing.
Does TDG NISSIN supply a slurry recipe?
The catalogue lists none. Ask for the slurry and abrasive package the machine is set up to run, together with its expected cutting time.
