For the SGCY-A2658D, send your module stack and ask for its usable loading drawing. The outside dimensions give no module count or layout.
BIPV in several chambers

Keep the curves
Tie each temperature, vacuum and alarm record to its cycle and the sample inspected.

Add transfer time and rejects. The process timer alone leaves out part of the factory cycle.

Handling and recovery questions for the quote
Who handles loading
Ask who supplies and controls the transfer equipment before and after the laminator. In manual mode, list operator tasks; in automatic mode, list the signals the handling system needs. Upstream this is normally the layup station, so match its conveyor height and handover signals to the laminator.
Recovering from a power cut
Shuogu fits manual valves for recovery after power failure. Get the machine's approved procedure and operator training before anyone uses them during a fault.

Is ≤30 kW the supply I need, given the 110 kW rating?
Shuogu lists 110 kW as rated power and ≤30 kW as average working power. Ask for the connection schedule and the recipe and measuring conditions behind the lower figure, and size the supply from that schedule.
Does the 18.7-metre length tell me chamber area or output?
No. You need the usable loading drawing, your module layout and the full recipe and handling cycle. Neither the footprint nor the BIPV family's area table answers it.
Will every BIPV film combination run on this model?
The film and application lists come from other Shuogu machines. Agree your interlayer, cell and glass stack and how samples and finished products are accepted on the configuration you buy.
Who sets commissioning and warranty terms?
Your proposal and contract. Write in the people sent, site duties, training, the operating and recovery instructions delivered and the warranty for this order.
