TCDY-GJ1 family · Two-level two-chamber laminator
Yiheng Technology ↗The TCDY-GJ1 runs lamination and curing in two separate chambers on each of its two levels. The upper and lower levels transfer independently of each other.
Yiheng's 2017 equipment page and parameter image list four GJ1 models. Unlike the BJ1 family, this one has no water-cooling chamber.

Two chambers, then a hot exit
Yiheng describes lamination and curing as separate steps in two chambers, with the upper and lower levels moving on their own. On each level two stages are linked by synchronised transfer. No cooling chamber appears for this family, so plan where modules cool after they leave the curing chamber. Cooling after curing is a point to settle early; see specifying a PV module laminator for the checklist, and module laminators from other makers are grouped in one category for comparison.
Yiheng quotes an annual 200 MW for the GJ1, with no module, recipe or calendar behind it. The four models vary in working length, overall length and weight. The J3 and J5 suffixes appear without a definition, so ask Yiheng what each one means for the machine you order. Cleaning and energy-saving features are described without measured results.

Cure and exit items for the GJ1 contract
Stack and cure
Give the module envelope, glass and encapsulant, the material cure requirements and the defects you allow, with measuring methods.
Hot exit
Agree exit temperature and condition, module support, who handles cooling downstream, and the longest transfer delay you accept.
Linked levels
Confirm the exact J3 or J5 arrangement, level buffers, line handshake and fault recovery. Separate transport on each level still needs each recipe proved.

GJ1 acceptance through cure and unload
Pick a sheet row
Approve dimensions and model, how modules are loaded, and the chamber and transfer drawings.
Check material processing
Map loaded temperature and measure cure, adhesion and the visual and cell results you need.
Test hot transfers
Inspect support, movement, exit condition and downstream handling after the curing chamber.
Accept complete cycles
Include cleaning, faults, a stop on one level and restart. Report accepted output per level instead of an annual MW figure.

Does the GJ1 include a water-cooling chamber?
Its page lists lamination and curing chambers only. For built-in water cooling, look at Yiheng's TCDY-BJ1 three-chamber family.
What do the J3 and J5 suffixes mean?
The sheet lists them with no explanation. Ask Yiheng for a written description of each configuration.
Can each level run a different recipe?
The levels move independently, but the page shows no tested recipe combination. Agree the recipes you need and run them at acceptance.
