Yiheng Technology ↗The TCSY is a three-level automatic laminator. Each level has its own transport, and Yiheng describes it for workshops laid out across more than one floor.

How the three levels work
Yiheng describes three lamination levels, with the upper and lower layers moving independently, automatic cleaning, PLC and touchscreen control, and PID temperature control. The page names multi-floor workshop layouts. A 4700 mm machine height puts structural support, loading transfer, operator access and service routes at the centre of the choice. If your hall has a single floor, compare it with Yiheng's two-level three-chamber laminator, which stacks lamination, curing and water cooling on two levels instead.
The 2017 page cites up to 150 MW a year across several module formats, along with lower energy use. No module wattage, calendar, recipe, cycle time, yield or energy measurement sits behind that figure. The J5 is shorter than the J3 and lists more installed power, so ask Yiheng for the full-cycle output of each model before choosing.

What to send Yiheng for a TCSY quote
Module and carrier
Module size, glass and encapsulant stack, layup weight, support and allowed movement. Ask for capacity stated in your current module format.
Building and transfer
Foundation and floor-load drawings, how the floors relate, infeed and outfeed heights, lifting and service access, and the usable clearance of the model chosen.
Thermal targets
Void and bubble, cure, adhesion and cell-damage limits with test methods, a loaded temperature map per zone, and who owns the material recipe.

TCSY acceptance across all three levels
Settle the model
Approve J3 or J5, the module and carrier, the level interfaces and the process specification.
Map each level
Test the agreed loaded temperature spread on every level, and check control accuracy as its own measurement.
Inspect laminates by level
Measure cure, adhesion, visual and cell results by level and position over repeated runs.
Run the full sequence
Include loading, unloading, cleaning, stops and recovery of a single level, plus building access for service. Record accepted output and consumption.

TCSY questions
Can I plan on 150 MW a year?
Yiheng gives no calendar, wattage, recipe or yield for that figure. Ask for a written output figure based on your module and shifts.
How do the J3 and J5 differ?
Both press 5600×2400 mm. The J3 is 19400 mm long at 287 kW, and the J5 is 15900 mm long at 300 kW. Ask Yiheng to explain the process difference.
Is 4700 mm the full height to plan for?
It is the machine height on the sheet. Request installation and service drawings to size the clearances around it.
