HORAD junction-box mounting station
Suzhou HORAD New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ↗This is the station that puts the junction box on the module. A 3D camera guides a six-axis robot to pick boxes that arrive in no fixed order, belt conveyors flip and feed them, and the mounting head vibrates so the box settles over leads that sit slightly out of place.
HORAD's page lists the pickup and feeding methods, panel range, utilities, footprint and weight. It gives no mounting position accuracy, lead deviation window, cycle time or supported box list, and several feeding options appear side by side, so ask for a drawing of your configuration.
General illustration of module assembly equipment, not a photograph of this model. Ask the manufacturer for current photographs and layout drawings of the configuration offered.
START WITH YOUR PRODUCTION TASK
A fit if you want robot box placement right after adhesive dispensing. Send HORAD your boxes, how they are packed and your lead geometry, get a drawing of the full feed-to-seat sequence, and trial seating and lead engagement on your own modules. After seating, the leads are joined to the box terminals on HORAD's junction-box soldering station.

01 · Manufacturer information
From jumbled supply to seated box
HORAD describes pickup and loading by a six-axis arm guided by a 3D camera, servo correction of the panel position and loading that carries on without stopping. The page also mentions belt conveyors that flip and feed boxes, an inner and outer universal gripper, presser plates, and handling of boxes packed tightly or slightly tilted in a vibratory bowl. Since these options appear together, ask for a drawing that shows which feeders and stages come with your machine.
A pressure plate keeps the boxes level, and the mounting head vibrates so the box follows small shifts in lead position. HORAD gives no box drawing, lead offset figure or force window for this. The page says the station suits different wire boxes; ask for the list of box models it has run.

What to send HORAD
Box drawing and grip areas
Give the exact box shape, lid state, terminals and the surfaces the gripper may touch. Ask whether the inner or outer grip and the pressure plates will mark the part.
How boxes arrive
Show the tray, cassette or bowl presentation, packing density and orientation. Ask which feeder and flip sequence will actually be supplied.
Module and adhesive
Give box positions, bonding path, back surface and the longest allowed gap between dispensing and seating. Agree how far adhesive may squeeze out and how a seated box is judged.
Lead capture
Attach the incoming lead shape and how far it can wander, the engagement you need and any no-touch zones. Ask for vibration and contact conditions in numbers, with damage limits.

Trial the whole pickup-to-seat path
Lock the set-up
Freeze the box family, the feeding layout and the module and lead drawings, with options named.
Stress the pickup
Use your real packaging and agreed tilted or misaligned boxes. Look for grip marks, missed picks and double picks.
Check seating and leads
Measure box position, seating and lead engagement with your approved adhesive. Test the vibration compliance over the lead deviations you agreed, since HORAD quotes no range.
Empty the feeder
Watch the non-stop loading in practice, starve the feeder and force a failed seat. Agree output, reject handling, safe intervention and restart checks.

Mounting station questions
Will the universal gripper fit any box?
HORAD publishes no box list or size limits. Qualify your exact box in the trial.
Is vibration assist a lead tolerance figure?
No number comes with it. Agree your lead geometry and trial limits with HORAD.
Are all the feeders on the page included?
Cassette, bowl and belt feeding are all mentioned. Ask HORAD to confirm in writing which ones your quotation covers, with a configuration drawing.
