Find machinery by production stage and the requirements of your line.
Plan the equipment scope
Identify the production step, cell or module format and output unit before comparing equipment. Use the listed source, scope and specifications to prepare a configuration-specific enquiry. Missing values are left unspecified and do not count as exact filter matches.
FLK's silicon-carbide boat holder supports wafer boats in PV and semiconductor process tools and is made to the buyer's drawing. The holder page describes stability, thermal-shock resistance and low expansion, with no numerical load, purity, tolerance or temperature figures. Send the mating boat, support and contact surfaces, datums, travel and clearances to get a quote. FLK offers its crystal boat and furnace tube as separate products.
JX012 is Junxiang's automatic stringer for long, narrow cut cells from (15–53) × (39–210) mm. It solders with infrared lamps, builds strings up to 700 mm and lists up to 7,200 cells per hour with one busbar or 2,400 with multiple busbars. It joins cells into strings; the rest of the module line is quoted separately.
Hongsheng's square insert quartz boat is a wafer carrier from its PV catalogue, entry 54. A second entry carries the same name with a different photo, and neither page gives a model, wafer size, slot count or material grade. Get it quoted by sending your wafer drawing, slot and contact geometry, holder interface and furnace envelope. The boat holder, PV quartz tube, base and furnace door are sold as separate catalogue items.
OPAL lists a quartz furnace tube in its diffusion range, beside separate boats, cage boats, carriers, bases and insulation parts. The tube page gives no diameter, port layout or wafer format. Have it quoted from your furnace drawing and process conditions, and ask OPAL to state the grade, inspection and included parts in writing.
Ferrotec Jiangdong makes ceramic parts to the buyer's drawing for semiconductor and solar process equipment. The catalogue covers silicon carbide, zirconia, alumina, silicon nitride and aluminium nitride. Picking the family is step one; a usable replacement also needs the grade, the finished geometry and the duty in your tool fixed in the quotation.
Dingneng's laboratory PVD magnetron sputtering system coats substrates of 300 × 400 mm, and smaller sizes fit too. The table lists a cycle of no more than 20 minutes for a 100 nm ITO film, with uniformity below 5% within and between substrates. It suits perovskite film development and pilot trials. Quote it with your stack, target material and thickness plan.
Futong catalogues a 1.1-metre phosphorus-diffusion quartz boat for PV furnaces. It sits beside smaller boats, vertical and horizontal insertion boats and short and long carriers, each sold on its own.
The page has specification and description headings, yet gives no slot schedule, quartz grade, wafer capacity or thermal range. Quote it from your furnace drawing and wafer layout, and ask Futong for a dimensioned drawing of the boat it will make.
Aohui sells diffusion quartz tubes from the solar-photovoltaic part of its catalogue and also repairs quartz-glass parts. The tube page carries a photograph only: no model number, drawing, purity, temperature range or lifetime. Order against your furnace drawing and ask Aohui for a dimensioned drawing and material record for the tube it quotes. Boats, windows, exhaust tubes and flow plates are priced as separate items.
Hongsheng builds ferrofluid vacuum sealing transmission devices, the rotary feedthroughs that carry motion through a vacuum wall in PV and semiconductor equipment such as crystal-growth furnaces. The catalogue shows several configurations under one family name, without a shared model number or spec sheet. To buy one, send your shaft and flange drawings with pressure, speed and load, and Hongsheng proposes a model with its own drawing, operating limits and leak-test result. A complete furnace is quoted separately.
The SGCY-A2658D is Shuogu's electric-heated, single-chamber solar panel laminator. It loads, laminates and unloads automatically or under manual control, runs at 30–180 °C and 40–150 Pa, and carries a 110 kW rating with average working power of ≤30 kW. The controls log vacuum, plate temperature and alarms, and the machine includes a cleaning system and manual valves for recovery after a power failure.
The Calowen CLW-BT2787-D1 is a vacuum laminator for encapsulating solar modules. Calowen lists 30–180 °C, ±1 °C accuracy and 40–100 Pa operating vacuum. Each chamber is evacuated and inflated on its own, and the controls store process settings, count cycles and log temperature, vacuum and alarms. Quote figures for this model only; a custom build needs its own data sheet.
The SS-1500B is Ooitech's automatic tabber stringer for BC, TOPCon, PERC and HJT cells. It loads cells automatically, checks them with CCD vision, places them with a four-axis robot and solders with infrared heat. The data table gives 1,200 pieces per hour on TOPCon/PERC and 1,000 on BC, strings up to 1800 mm, and flat ribbon 0.35–1.0 mm wide.
Exact filters only match published specifications. Listings without that published value are not shown.
Build a useful equipment shortlist
Start with the workpiece and required process output, then choose a production stage. Open each listing to check whether it describes a model, a series, a component or a project application. Then ask the manufacturer to confirm suitability for your production recipe.
Use source values without filling unknowns
Keep original units and test conditions in your comparison. A missing specification remains a question for the supplier. Exact filters only match published values, so a hidden listing may simply lack that value. Review the original manufacturer page and ask for a configuration-specific sheet.
Compare the same supply boundary
List cutting, loading, inspection, handling, software and installation responsibilities for each offer. Keep accepted output distinct from nameplate speed and a line estimate distinct from one station’s capacity. Use the category selection guides to define representative samples and acceptance tests.
