Find machinery by production stage and the requirements of your line.
Plan the equipment scope
Identify the production step, cell or module format and output unit before comparing equipment. Use the listed source, scope and specifications to prepare a configuration-specific enquiry. Missing values are left unspecified and do not count as exact filter matches.
CF-SN is Corefra's silicon nitride powder for the release coating sprayed inside quartz crucibles in multicrystalline silicon ingot casting. The sheet gives N >39%, O ≤1.0%, C ≤0.2%, Fe, Al, Ca, Mn and Cu at ≤5 ppm each and a D50 of 2 µm, each with a GB/T method. Slurry formula, coating thickness, phase content and furnace cycle come from Corefra's guidance and your own trial.
The Yitong PV-Y30m is a split junction box for solar modules: three separate housings, three diodes, 1500 V DC and a 20 A or 25 A rating, with IP65/IP68 and 4 mm² cable listed. The linked drawing calls it PV-YT30m, so ask Yitong to confirm the ordering code, then fix the diode option, connector pair and potting process for your module.
Yitong's ultrathin busbar is a copper strip with a thin 5±2 µm Sn60Pb40 coating, a 186°C fusion point and mechanical limits of its own. It ships on a 6 kg spool. The data sheet's size rows (≤50 mm and ≥0.03 mm) lack clear axis labels, so ask for a cross-section drawing before you fix width and thickness.
Yitong's low-temperature round ribbon is a round interconnect wire with a finished diameter of Φ0.15–0.4 mm and a coating that melts between 118 and 165°C. It is meant for stringing where cells can take only limited heat. Ask Yitong which alloy matches each temperature, choose one diameter pair, and test it against your cell's thermal and handling limits.
Yitong's flat PV ribbon has a copper substrate of at least 99.95% purity and a Sn60Pb40 coating with a listed 189°C fusion point. The webpage offers 0.15–0.25 mm thickness and 0.4–2.0 mm width, wound on 7 kg or 9 kg reels. Pick the cross-section against your cell pads and stringer, then agree a solderability trial before ordering.
JS-606 PLUS is an oxime-cure silicone from Zhijiang, made to fix aluminium frames and junction boxes on solar modules. It tack-frees in 5–15 min (8 min typical), reaches tensile strength of at least 2.8 MPa and comes in white or black. Qualify it on your own frame coating and backsheet, and set handling time from a line trial.
H1Z2Z2-K is Qrunning's single-core solar cable in sections from 1.5 to 240 mm², rated 1.0/1.0 kV AC and 1.5 kV DC between conductors. It sits beside the smaller PV1-F range. Order it by section and construction, and validate it with the exact contact, seal and crimp process you will use on the line.
Silver powder for PV conductive paste, offered in flake, spherical, nano and single-crystal grades. Jingxin supplies the conductive ingredient and you or your paste supplier formulate it. Choose by electrode and cell type, then request the grade sheet, a lot certificate and samples for a print-and-fire trial.
SJB2y is Minghe's three-piece smart junction box for PV modules. A long housing holds the shutdown electronics, flanked by two shorter boxes. The sheet lists 8–60V DC input, 25A, 1500V DC system voltage, IP65/IP68 and 4mm² wire. Before you quote rapid shutdown, ask Minghe which transmitter, firmware and system pairing it has tested with this box.
PV-HBE4x laser-weld is a three-box module junction box from CHINT Xinhui. Every copper terminal offers a laser zone for the ribbon and a reserved solder zone for rework. The instruction defines four subtypes at 1000V or 1500V and 25A or 30A, all with 4mm² cable. The webpage adds a 35A option, so ask for the controlled specification of the rating you want quoted.
PV-ZH011C-5 is a split junction box with left, centre and right positions. The outer boxes carry the outgoing cables and connectors; the centre box is shorter and has its own terminal layout. It is rated 1500 V DC in 18A, 22A, 25A or 30A versions. Order all three positions together, matched to your ribbon layout and wiring.
PV-JM807 is a junction box from Jiaming's PV catalogue, rated 1000 V DC with a TÜV label, contact resistance of 0.5mΩ or less and IP65 when mated. Its family table shows 6A, and Jiaming notes that a different diode changes the maximum working current. Before quoting, ask which diode the 6A figure assumes and at what temperature it applies.
Exact filters only match published specifications. Listings without that published value are not shown.
Build a useful equipment shortlist
Start with the workpiece and required process output, then choose a production stage. Open each listing to check whether it describes a model, a series, a component or a project application. Then ask the manufacturer to confirm suitability for your production recipe.
Use source values without filling unknowns
Keep original units and test conditions in your comparison. A missing specification remains a question for the supplier. Exact filters only match published values, so a hidden listing may simply lack that value. Review the original manufacturer page and ask for a configuration-specific sheet.
Compare the same supply boundary
List cutting, loading, inspection, handling, software and installation responsibilities for each offer. Keep accepted output distinct from nameplate speed and a line estimate distinct from one station’s capacity. Use the category selection guides to define representative samples and acceptance tests.
