Find machinery by production stage and the requirements of your line.
Plan the equipment scope
Identify the production step, cell or module format and output unit before comparing equipment. Use the listed source, scope and specifications to prepare a configuration-specific enquiry. Missing values are left unspecified and do not count as exact filter matches.
NAURA's VORI is a modular vertical inline PVD line for sputtering, with optional multi-arc sources, offered for photovoltaic and other coating work. The page lists 30–1000 mm/min transport, ±5% film uniformity and target utilisation of ≥35% for planar and ≥80% for rotating targets. Quote it against your substrate, layer stack and film targets.
NAURA's VERAL GH is a CVD furnace that lays a semiconductor-grade silicon-carbide coating on graphite parts and SiC substrates. The product page lists a 1600°C maximum temperature, ±10°C uniformity and a 10 Pa cold ultimate vacuum, with liquid and solid feed arrangements. It suits buyers of coated graphite components; send part drawings and coating targets to get a quote.
The CONAL VH is a continuous high-temperature furnace from NAURA for purifying graphite structural parts and graphite felt used inside semiconductor and solar equipment. Its working zone is 600 × 600 × 600 mm. The page gives two maximum temperatures, 2400°C in the text and 1900°C in the table, so ask NAURA which one applies to the furnace you are quoted.
The HORIS D12 is NAURA's horizontal furnace for diffusion, oxidation and annealing in solar cell lines. It runs low-pressure phosphorus or boron diffusion, atmospheric oxidation and annealing, wet oxidation and hydrogen annealing. NAURA lists 1030°C maximum, ±1°C control, ≤0.01% breakage and ≤2 mbar/min. Quote one process route and its source and waste handling.
VERIS is NAURA's vertical diffusion furnace for boron and phosphorus doping and annealing on TOPCon, TBC and HTBC cells. NAURA lists 1030°C maximum, ±1°C control, ≤0.01% breakage and ≤2 mbar/min pressure rise, and says one tube outputs 50% more than a horizontal furnace in less floor space. Ask what that comparison is based on.
The HORIS L12 is NAURA's horizontal tube LPCVD system for depositing oxide and polysilicon, including phosphorus- and boron-doped polysilicon, on TOPCon, TBC and HTBC cell lines. NAURA lists a 650°C maximum, ±1°C temperature control, wafer breakage of ≤0.01% and a pressure rise of ≤1 Pa/min. Quote it against your own layer, dopant, wafer load and quartz package.
The NAURA HORIS P12 is a tube PECVD system for crystalline-silicon solar cells, listed at 650°C maximum with ±1°C control, ≤0.01% breakage and ≤1 Pa/min pressure rise. It uses graphite boats, multi-point heating and electrodes that can be changed hot. Quote it with your film stack, wafer and boat details.
The NAURA HORIS TA12 is a tube ALD system for surface and edge passivation of TOPCon and TBC solar cells. NAURA lists ≤3% surface uniformity, ≤1 mm edge wrap, single- or double-wafer loading for full and half cells, and a claimed 30% cut in special-gas use. Send your film, wafer and edge targets for a quote.
The NAURA SGM 4101 is a Czochralski furnace for pulling photovoltaic monocrystalline silicon. NAURA lists 10–16 inch ingots, P- and N-type growth, a 1500–1600°C working range, ≤2 Pa vacuum and a 36–42 inch hot zone, with a magnetic-field option. Quote it with your ingot size, feedstock and crystal-quality targets.
The TDG NISSIN NWSS-840 crops long monocrystalline ingots into six segments with seven cuts, and can also take head, tail and sample slices. It accepts ingots 1800–4000 mm long and sets cut lengths from 300 to 700 mm, with automatic centring and length changes that leave the wire intact. The sheet lists 8 or 9 inch diameters, while one catalogue summary says 8–12 inch.
The TDG NISSIN NWSS-812 crops one end, head or tail, of twelve polycrystalline blocks per cut. It takes 156 × 156 mm blocks 200 to 400 mm long and runs thicker 0.37–0.42 mm coated wire at up to 1200 m/min from a 7 km spool. Two rotating tables let operators load one side while the other cuts. Plan a second pass if you need both ends cropped.
The TDG NISSIN NWSS-360 is a diamond multiwire cropper for large polysilicon batches. Its page text names two loads: 36 blocks 400 mm long or 48 blocks 300 mm long. The data sheet covers the 36-block load at 156 × 156 × 400 mm, with 40 kW power and 320 L/min cooling water. For the 48-block load, request a fixture and figures of its own.
Exact filters only match published specifications. Listings without that published value are not shown.
Build a useful equipment shortlist
Start with the workpiece and required process output, then choose a production stage. Open each listing to check whether it describes a model, a series, a component or a project application. Then ask the manufacturer to confirm suitability for your production recipe.
Use source values without filling unknowns
Keep original units and test conditions in your comparison. A missing specification remains a question for the supplier. Exact filters only match published values, so a hidden listing may simply lack that value. Review the original manufacturer page and ask for a configuration-specific sheet.
Compare the same supply boundary
List cutting, loading, inspection, handling, software and installation responsibilities for each offer. Keep accepted output distinct from nameplate speed and a line estimate distinct from one station’s capacity. Use the category selection guides to define representative samples and acceptance tests.
