Module assembly is the largest stage in this directory. A typical sequence is stringing, layup, lamination, trimming, framing, junction-box fitting, curing, testing and packing. Write the module bill of materials and line layout into your brief before comparing stations, since every machine here is configured around them.
Define the module recipe, cell format and interconnection design before sizing assembly equipment. A complete module-line quotation should identify the responsibilities at stringing, layup, lamination and subsequent handling. Compare machine speed only after defining its output unit and test material. Describe factory space, utilities, buffers and existing conveyors, then agree how commissioning and final acceptance will be demonstrated with representative production samples.
EncapSil5202GW is a white two-part alkoxy silicone for potting PV module junction boxes. Mix A and B 6:1 by weight; at 23°C and 55% RH it gives 16 minutes of working time and gels in 29 minutes, curing to 43 Shore A. Thermal conductivity is 0.32 W/(m·K) and dielectric strength 22 kV/mm. Zhejiang Lide, a 51%-held Wynca subsidiary, produces it.
TGWH5200 is a silane-crosslinked low-smoke, halogen-free compound for extruding the outer sheath of UL4703 PV cable. Its grade sheet lists 11.5 MPa typical tensile strength against a 10.3 MPa minimum and a typical oxygen index of 33%. Extrusion runs at 110–130°C in the barrel and 130–135°C at the head. The compound ships as component A in 25 kg bags and component B in 5 kg bags.
F406P and F406PS are FIRST's UV-transmitting grades in its normal EVA encapsulant series, listed for PERC modules front and rear and for TOPCon rear. The sister pair F806P/F806PS is the UV-cutoff option. FIRST prints one shared data column for both F406 suffixes, so name the exact suffix and module side when you ask for a quote and the technical sheet.
Benlong's custom line builds PV DC isolating switches. It assembles terminals, springs and contacts, fastens and press-fits the rotary mechanism, places arc chutes, rivets the poles, runs hi-pot and rotary tests and marks each switch with a code linked to MES. Benlong configures it for one switch design at a time and sells no numbered model, so the quote starts from your drawings.
Hongsheng's PV connector assembly machine fits six parts into a finished connector: body, O-ring, rubber plug, cage component, thrust ring and nut. It handles positive and negative connectors, checks every station for missing parts, sorts good from rejected units and has a reserved MES port. Hongsheng lists 20 sets/minute or more. Quote it against your connector bill of materials and run a trial on your own parts.
JX012 is Junxiang's automatic stringer for long, narrow cut cells from (15–53) × (39–210) mm. It solders with infrared lamps, builds strings up to 700 mm and lists up to 7,200 cells per hour with one busbar or 2,400 with multiple busbars. It joins cells into strings; the rest of the module line is quoted separately.
The SGCY-A2658D is Shuogu's electric-heated, single-chamber solar panel laminator. It loads, laminates and unloads automatically or under manual control, runs at 30–180 °C and 40–150 Pa, and carries a 110 kW rating with average working power of ≤30 kW. The controls log vacuum, plate temperature and alarms, and the machine includes a cleaning system and manual valves for recovery after a power failure.
The Calowen CLW-BT2787-D1 is a vacuum laminator for encapsulating solar modules. Calowen lists 30–180 °C, ±1 °C accuracy and 40–100 Pa operating vacuum. Each chamber is evacuated and inflated on its own, and the controls store process settings, count cycles and log temperature, vacuum and alarms. Quote figures for this model only; a custom build needs its own data sheet.
The SS-1500B is Ooitech's automatic tabber stringer for BC, TOPCon, PERC and HJT cells. It loads cells automatically, checks them with CCD vision, places them with a four-axis robot and solders with infrared heat. The data table gives 1,200 pieces per hour on TOPCon/PERC and 1,000 on BC, strings up to 1800 mm, and flat ribbon 0.35–1.0 mm wide.
HORAD's robotic layup machine picks finished cell strings and places them on glass that servo motors and cylinders have squared on four sides. Software switches panel templates and runs AB string layup. The equipment table lists modules from 1650 × 990 to 2500 × 1400 mm, layup accuracy of ±0.4 mm and a rated power of 10 kW.
LEAD's PV module manufacturing solution joins factory planning, cell stringing and line integration in one offer. LEAD lists compatibility with TOPCon, XBC and HJT, for cell sizes of 156 to 230 mm. Its picture is a line layout rather than a single stringer, so request a station list and line balance worked out for your own module design.
SC Solar's laminator series bonds the module stack with vacuum, heat and pressure. You choose single, double or triple layers, one to three chambers and oil or electric heating. Published working areas are 2700 × 8700, 2700 × 9400 and 2700 × 10000 mm, with a room-temperature to 180 °C working range, ±1.5 °C uniformity and ±1 °C accuracy.
